I remember my mother watched this and I walked by the TV and then House says "She died because she didn't wash her hands after she pooped" and from that day I always wash my hands after I shit and think of it quite often.
I also remember an episode where some kid got infected from the sand box and when ever I see a sand box I get disgusted.

It's pretty good in that it balances House's nihilism being BTFO with House's nihilism BTFOing other people pretty evenly. Presents both sides of an interesting argument in basic bitch terms. The diagnostic process in each episode is a lot less interesting than the characters themselves, and if the characters had fallen flat then it would have been a dull, formulaic show that never would have made it beyond a second or third season.
It's a pretty worthwhile show but definitely not a "greatest of all time" in any category.
