But Greek people aren't classically "white". They aren't Germanic in decent like west European they are more in line with other Mediterraneans like Egyptians and other old civilizations most Greek people would agree.

I get your point,but I don't think it stands. I for example am Greek, but I'm white as snow. And when I say that I mean I'm nearly pink at times. Anyway, around me, especially in the summer I see "darker" skin tones due to the tan, so I get the "not classically white" part. But what "confuses" me is how I, without any context, would be a FUCKING WHITE male, whereas the guy next time could count as POC just because he spent more time in the sun. Europe doesn't really do black vs white, but rather country vs country,but if you asked people around you, they would all consider themselves white. The tan is not nearly enough to make a significant difference.
