So why didnt he had a wakandan name?
K'lmongr or something like that
Killmoroco, I'm T'chyrone
>nigger thinks he can take on the great CIA and his flight plan
He did, didn't he? Mentioned it when he pulled out the ring in the throne room. Either way they did that to show that the fucker was an outsider to wakandans in the end, even if his dad was part of the tribal monarchy, American as fuck, wasn't in the savannah soul plane with along with his dad since he got ditched and his dad forgotten, sympathises and relates with pretty much all blacks rather than the Wakandans who are seperate in terms of experience and life, etc all that preachy stuff.
>I scar myself every time I kill somebody
>"Are you going to do that when you kill Klaw, Forrest Whitaker, T'challa or anybody else?"
>no
>fingers under belt
keep trying kiddo, keep trying
>I scar myself every time I kill somebody
What the fuck? Is this actually said in the movie?
Yeah he did. I can't remember what it was but T'challa calls him it at the end
He did, it was N’Jadaka
You're a BLACK guy
Yes, why?
...BOI?
Yeah, scars were his confirmed kill
Thanks.
It just sounds really hackish that you'd make the villain tell people that instead of simply showing him cut himself after killing people.
Welcome to Marvel movies. The ultimate 'tell don't show' franchise.
Well I think it was more said so that when he takes his shirt off later we see just how many scars he has, because at first all we see is his arm with only a few scars.
Black Panther thread? My favourite. But what does Moshe Goldstein think?
there's no reason he'd need to do it on the spot, although it would have been cool
I haven't seen the flick but it would be cool if he kills 2 guys and then he's seen methodically adding 2 cuts to his arms. And then he find out there's another guy he forgot to kill then you see him kill that guy and add a third cut. And then later when he takes his shirt off and you see 100s of cuts you go "SHIEEEEEEET". No talky talks needed. Sorry if I'm nitpicking.
>there's no reason he'd need to do it on the spot
Which nobody suggested.
the "ask me" scene was the best in the movie
i want killmonger operator kino
To you
>I haven't seen the movie but here's how I would've done it better!!
Stop being autistic for once in your life.
That wasn't word for word what he said.
Sort of how his death would've been a better scene had he not had that 'muh slavery' bullshit?
>t'challa says 'we can save you'
>killmonger looks into the sunset
>silently pulls the dagger from his chest
>dies
BBC>CIA
the guy i replied to said "when" you kill, which suggests the scarring would take place at the time of the kill or directly after?
>white soccer moms, I'm BBC

The guy you replied to was still me, and I didn't say "when" but "every time", which doesn't necessarily imply he does it immediately.
Anyway, the point is that we never see him do it period. Even if he did do it and you could notice some new scars on his body in a later scene it's an especially bad way to handle it, because his scars become an irrelevant factoid you stop caring about immediately after the shock reveal.
