Who else /easily scared/ here?
Refuse to watch ANY horror movie on the basis that it will keep me awake for AT LEAST a week, also VERY bad with jumpscares, always cover my eyes when I know one is coming

Yeah I get this
I don't watch horror movies at all. They're either not scary so it's a waste of time , or I'm scared shitless and that's no fun either.
im the opposite i cant get scared from a movie beyond jumping from an occasional jumpscare
Doesn't help my schizoid behaviour, so I normally avoid them.
ITT
This. It sucks. I've been laughing at horror movies all my life.
ah-bloo-bloo
Nobody should be watching horror films. Only comedy
Horror movies are trash, don't worry about it. Watch some good thrillers instead.
THE RITUAL
sometimes i'll read the plot summary because i want to see it and i know i will get scared, and then i get scared from the plot summary
me.
i search for the timestamps of all scary scenes before i watch a horror movie (rarely do) so i know where and when. and i also resize my VLC to 320p during scary scenes
I can’t be scared by movies
Even jump scares don’t work on me
My gf is like this, which sucks because shes my partner in kino, and we regularly attend arthouse and indie film screenings, but she refuses to even watch horror previews as she gets nightmares easily. Which sucks because there is so many interesting horror films coming out
Once you realize real life is scarier than any monster you stop giving a shit about horror.
Me with Saw
Just watch them on your phone
With low volume and with subtitles
I have never watched a Saw or Hostel movie. I don't like dismemberment and torture porn.
I will never watch the Peter Jackson worm pit scene again ever. Fuck that shit.
Sweet dreams, friends
I hate jumpscares so whenever Im dragged to go see a horror movie in theaters I always put my earbuds in because it helps muffle the sound of the jump scares. Its not that they scare me its just I hate sudden loud noises
What are Sup Forumss biggest fears?
My big ones are needles, any scene with someone shooting up makes me cringe. That needle pit scene in Saw 2 is literally my nightmare. I guess it has the advantage of meaning I'll never become a heroine junkie.
Also asylums/insane people.
I think that's cute user.
Demonic possession

I was like this until I grew up and realized reality is far more terrifying than any movie.
