I can't find work in digital marketing/media due to bias towards hiring women. The previous company went bankrupt due to the fuck ups of two women that the company was afraid to fire for fear of being sued.

This is a good example of how women do 1/3 the work and expect 5/3 of the credit for it. Look how self-congratulatory they are. The only thing that ever goes through their damn heads is that they're not receiving EVEN MORE praise and attention. They always think their mere existence is what keeps everything going simply because they literally do not notice or care about the actual work, actual men to do keep it going.

Yeah I'd actually say that period lasted up until 2010.

Why then? That's when iPhones became a thing. That's when Facebook invited EVERYONE on the Internet through their phones. That's when girls started getting online in droves because they could take pictures of themselves and get tons of attention for it.

It was a really distinctive event. Like over-night almost, the Internet went from a place of liberty and freedom to a place where everyone was offended and censorship started happening.

Yeah 2008-2010 was the tipping point, but it all started around 2001~2004 with myspace/livejournal/AIM gaining popularity and pulling women onto the internet. in 1999 there were probably 200 guys for every 1 female who actively used the internet.
