How much in Student Loans do you owe?

How much in Student Loans do you owe?

Be honest...

About 20 grand right now, graduating in may

6k or so, down from 11k.
Dropped out.

none, paid them off after about 3 years when i graduated. I went to a state school and was an RA for a couple years, so it ended up being pretty cheap overall.

>We are protesting our decision to buy a product!

30k

Paying it off without trouble cause I'm not a shitter

Nothing

0 (zero)

2500. I have my AA transferring to the best school in my state... majoring in Geology. I could pay it off now... but since it's deferred what's the point?

10k left

Paying £10 a week since November

A very spooky amount.

Getting my PHD paid for by the state.

Applying for a job in the US when I'm done.

Fuck this socialist utopia.

Why aren't you collegecucks #jillshills yet?

T: Hopefuly soon to be MSci in engineering

$0. My summer internships paid enough to pay off everything.

0$ dropped out of highschool and got a comfy IT job that pays 55k a year.

>Fuck this socialist utopia.
>Getting my PHD paid for by the state.

Nothing, in Puerto Rico the public univeristies are 2000$ per year, and if you don't have a lot of money, fafsa can cover you easily. People that come from families with money, the pay is very low. Total cost of University is 8000$

None, I work for UPS and their benefits include paying for $3k of my school a semester + I got in on some scholarships.

It hasn't been an easy road but it's the best I could work with without going into debt.

172,000
2 years undergrad, 4 years pharmacy school

$3k in USA

0. Thank you fellow tax payers for subsidising my existence the past 11 years.

Got like 5k, only need to repay like 3k with 0 interest.
Didnt even really need the money but if this cuck country gives it away for free might as well take it.

$60k with my MBA

>tfw normies don't get scholarships and go to an expensive school they can't afford
>they go 40k in debt

well, lets see

im 25, when i graduated with a bachelors, my job paid 68K, but i got half year reviews, and i make 89K now

i bought a condo for 150K, paid off 50K, sold it last year for 225K, moved to a smaller place which was only 110K

rolled part of that profit into IRAs and tech stocks, and paid off my college loans which were 36K

probably going to law school next year, then all that shit starts over

>The City of Puerto Rico

zero, I never went to school, I started working at 14, and have now saved up about $40,000 dollars at 25 and I am planning on buying my first house in a bit, fixing it up and selling it for double what I bought it for, doing the same thing for a few years then retiring in my mid 30's, I might have some kids too I don't know yet.

$0
Unlike you faggots, I pay my tuitions in CASH.

Nothing. Served in Navy, GI BIll paid 2 years college degree, an aircraft maintenance and commercial pilot certificate. I did pay a few grand out of pocket for some of my flight tranining, about 25% OF IT. The rest was paid by government grants for good grades.

150€

A lot

>Getting my PHD paid for by the state.

>Fuck this socialist utopia.
Da fuk

€20,000

And all for nothing.

About 56k. Got a decent job at least, i pay double on them every month instead of what's required.

I'm sure it's about 50k still.

Business degree, HR major. Got the ole bait and switch, going into welding now because I'm sure as shit not getting anywhere with this bachelors degree.

>responding to data mining threads

None currently. Transferring to finish my degree eventually, expect to graduate with about 10k in debt.

$0

Worked construction 30-40 hrs, went to in state school, am engineer now. I was gifted a shitty pick up truck and my parents split the cost of classes with me, for them it was about $5k/year, which is a lot of money, but I have since paid them back, so it's aight.

RN here, 0$ in debt. Went to community college.

0 it's free :D

>Allow me to cry for the guy making a over 100k a year.

Fuck off.

I know tons of pharmacists, none of which paid 172k for their degree, and all of which paid of their student loa debt in a year or two.

It's not America's fault you're a retard.

145k but I'm a 1st year medical resident

about £20-25,000 and I never even finished

I paid my shit a while ago, though im not retarded and i only owed like 20k, i spend my money on my car and guns now. feels debt free man.

you should be making more with HR if you get into the managerial rank

I have 2 bachelors degrees and one master.

he has to stand in one place all day like a monkey in a cage

Graduated may 15 with 22k. I'm at 9.5k right now

$0, currently working on my Master's

I'm going to a public school and my parents are upper-middle so they can help me pay tuition in cash. But it's still crazy expensive

I got free education since my grades are fine !!!

>0 dollars
suck it wage slave cucks

WTF I love socialism now.

150k, theater degree. I'm just not paying it, lol. This place red pilled me.

Debt free right now, gonna run out of savings next year though.

$0.00

I went to a college I could afford. I worked during. I lived at home while I attended. Then got a loan for the rest. Got a job in a trade after and paid it off a year later.

€16.000. However, I recently graduated and about 10k of the debt will turned into a gift of the state. So I will have to pay back about €6.000 in total.

$0 since pell grants paid for my Associate's.

Zero. Even when we had tuition fees, there were "just" about 1800 Euros per year.

I would have finished years earlier, though, if I had borrowed money and would not have been forced to work in between.

by the time im done studying games programming itl be nearly 90k. although its a government loan and you only start paying it back through tax after you earn over 55k or something

1200 (which I'm about to pay off completely). I'm REALLY hoping no one blows up the entire world (I mean Trump too), so I can enjoy the rewards of my effort.

Combination of scholarships and having well-off parents helped me pay for a fairly expensive out of state school (about 75% scholarship 25% parents). Grateful every day for it.

0. In my country one of the best education possible is free (Universidad Nacional de Colombia).

$40k
>5 years at a state school for two degrees
>Only make 20/hr
>240 in loan bills a month, plus 200 for a car loan from when I was dumb and my parents had me convinced debt is life

Wew lad, nothing like paying $1040 a month in just rent and loans and only bringing home $1800/m after taxes

I'm down to about 2000 left to pay

0, have saved money

Roughly $27k

Not too terrible, I make alright money. I should have most payed off within 5 years, hopefully. I could live like a frugal hermit and get it paid off in a year if I wanted, but I'm too lazy.

Also,
>tfw I meet fresh college grads with $100,000+ debt here with shit degrees just to be English teachers
I pity their existence

$45k, including master's. I just accepted a job with a $59k salary and the employer pays $1,200 a year for student loans.

I'm not too worried about it. Public accounting has decent career progress and people tend to make manager by year 6.

$22k

Dropped out too, didn't even get a degree, not that is would have helped me anyway with our economy in such a bad way. When the government literally tells Canadians to prepare for more "job churn" in the future you know you are doomed regardless.

>20 years

Won't the interest fuck you several times over by then?

0.

Wtf!? This is why I have no sympathy for people whining about college debt.

Also just because someone offers to loan you a shit load of money doesn't mean you should take it.

Well, come to find out it's a connections thing. If you don't know anyone, it's absolutely not worth getting. All my friends are nerds who never got very far in live, and my family is all construction. At best, I could take a minimum wage job and hope it turns into something several years later. Or I can take welding courses at a community college, start at 24/hr once I finish and get my cert, then slowly work my way towards getting a certified welding inspector cert, and spend time bouncing between the oil field and civil jobs.

>none of my family went to college, all construction.
>I just felt like they're kind of dumb and never aspired to greater things
>to show them my capabilities, I go for business
>in the end, I'm in construction, with a hope crushing loan that I get reminded of in the mail all the time

just another day in paradise

I used to owe 90k

All paid off now, fag

I did my undergrad in Scotland where it is free. I'm doing my masters in Germany, where it is also free. So none. Feels good to be European.

I owed about 25k when I graduated. I HATED being in debt though so payed it off in two years.

Not much. My parents are upper middle class and paid for 90% of my Ivy League education

$0 USD

>Also just because someone offers to loan you a shit load of money doesn't mean you should take it.
It's pretty hard to resist when you are not even 18 years old and your parents say they will disown you if you don't go to college. Should be illegal to push loans onto minors in my opinion.

Stay out faggot. We don't need any more socially awkward euroPOORs

It's funny that you say that, I'm fucking off to Russia without paying when I graduate. It's not an ideal place, but it's just to crowded here for me.

Zero because I actually got a useful degree that got me a well paying job

>cnc machinist. $26.00/hr +overtime.

lol. paying money back to jews. welcome to Sup Forums, redditfriend.

>take out $50,000 dollars in student loans
>bet it all on a Trump win
>if Trump wins, I'm a millionaire
>if Hillary wins, my loans are forgiven

Wow you fucking fail

$0. Paid them all off 2 years after graduating with STEM degree and finding related position at well paying company

Exactly. Shit tier degree, no offense. And student loans (in the US anyway) are the only financial instruments that don't get wiped clean after a bankruptcy.

>Feels good to be European.
Make sure it take a couple math classes, you seem to misunderstand some basic concepts.

Yeah, cost of living is so low here no one really makes >20/hr

shit sucks, but too poor to move
