Very little in Norway compared to the States. It's 12,000 dollars if I receive 100 grand Norwegian crowns. Remember that the taxation in Norway is massively regulated. VAT here in Norway is for literally everything! 7% on travel, 15% on food and 25% on everything else (commodities like clothing). Not only that but the middle class in Norway has to pay almost half of their earnings to taxes. 50% income tax if you earn half a mill I think. Crazy shit

If Hillary wins, and the FBI has actual incriminating evidence, they'll be in a scramble to indict her before she's sworn in. If they succeed, it's not clear what would happen. Tim Kaine is not the VP yet, so he's not actually in line for anything. The next Presidential candidate who would have won would be Trump, so does it go to him? What happens if Trump wins, but he gets assassinated before being sworn in?
Someone might have the legal knowledge to answer these questions, but we've never had that situation, so who knows?
