Death of stalin was really remarkably witty, what a sharp script
the joke per minute hit rate one of the best I’ve ever seen
Shame it’s about a topic that only dumb nerds would be interested in

no (unless that is the best available version of Lawrence)

>the best available version of Lawrence
>$61.90
Way too high, kiddo!

To explain to you how amazing the Lawrence of Arabia Blu-ray looks, I will first tell you that I need to new pants.

I will then tell you that it looks like it was filmed yesterday.

I will finalize that by saying the sound is absolutely perfect.

I can't wait to eventually watch the whole thing on Blu-ray.

Critics are raving, “Jennifer Lawrence is a professional badass.” See @RedSparrowMovie in theaters today.

Love this movie!

who are you

who are you

Roger Ebert gave a glowing review of Terminator: Salvation, only to redact it after he got roasted by public outrage. He offered a small apology stating that he had been reading a magazine article at the same time as viewing the film ... as if that is acceptable from a renowned critic that was getting paid for/earning a living from his review of the film.

The original review and apology are no longer online, I seriously regret not screencapping it.

He later posted a more accurate 'review' citing many of the film's obvious flaws.

who aren't you

very sad

Why is Dimitri Kirsanoff such a favorite of pseuds? The opening to Menilmontant was stolen from one of Griffith's earlier works

which one

There may be no other flick that pisses me off more than Menilmontant because it appears on every pseud's watchlist to pretend they loosely know their history, but it's a blatant remake. Not even just content but formally as well.

Your posts unironically make me angry and want to act in a spiteful way toward you, you degenerate faggot. Just thought you should know.

No

look what you made me do!!

WHAT???!!!! The Last Porno Flick?! Does that mean NO MORE PORNO?!!! BOOOO!!!!!!!!

really makes you think

/lbg/ is the living embodiment of the smug, detached Gen-Z ethos.

I'd venture to guess they haven't felt a single sincere conviction about anything since childhood. They exist as a polyp upon the colon of culture, satiating themselves on the perceived failures of others while adding nothing new to the discourse aside from ironic complaint.

They're a group of insecure, lost, rapidly aging burnouts who silently believe they could do a better job of making films than the professionals in the industry. Yet they lack the ambition and ability to actually enter the very industry they're obsessed with. They choose instead to fuck around and watch student film piss-takes well into middle age.

They are awful, awful people. I've met thousands just like them, and the last thing we need is for these people to gain any attention for their navel gazing.

Please do not aspire to become anything like these people. Theirs is a lonely road leading to depression and a life devoid of real purpose.

I hope they disappear and their disaffected followers stop glorifying their lifestyle. Perhaps that would force them to do something productive with themselves.

really makes you think

Why do xe's have better taste than everyone else?

They're probably Sup Forums shitposters using the pronoun ironically

>those flicks
>good taste
lol

After seeing the film, director Sergio Leone wrote a letter to Ruggero Deodato, which stated, "Dear Ruggero, what a movie! The second part is a masterpiece of cinematographic realism, but everything seems so real that I think you will get in trouble with all the world."

In comparison to the others fan lists they did, it's better any other.

no it isn't.

Which ones are better?

"Get Out"a film where a man appears on a TV in the third act to explain the plot to the audience, got nominated "Best Original Screenplay"

I like "Get Out" but it feels more at home with movies like "They Live" (another movie I like) than your normal Oscar movie

>Note: your ticket entitles you to a full seat but we guarantee you will only use the edge ! !

what a great line

>she will never be your friend

cute girl (boy)

and the Oscar goes to Ron Howard

anyone here followed the cesars (french oscars)? Anything good to look forward to?

non

merci

Folks, I hope you're ready for tonight. Hollywood's biggest.

These are definitely worth a watch,

I’ve seen 72 so far this year, yours isn’t pretty good too though, its no big deal

about 30 of mine are shorts, which as we all know per that notion we adhere to, they aren’t real films or whatever

I don't adhere to the notion that short films aren't films or whatever. That's Ed, excluding short I've watched 44 features.

BELA LUGOISI'S DEAD
