Shaun White and the 17 year old snowboarder both got significantly more media attention than the gay skier. And while Adam Rippon did get a lot of attention that was at least partially because figure skating is a flagship event and our team sucked so bad this year they were going to shower attention on anyone who had a chance at medaling.
