I think I might revists season 1 and 2 for the nostalgia. I wasn't allowed to watch the show when I was a kid so I would sneak down to the TV room and watch is secretly. I probably haven't seen all the episodes.

The early seasons aren't great either. Really crude both in terms of production value and the humour - mostly fart jokes. Kenny dying isn't a passing meme but an actual primary source of laughs.
Its gets god-tier after a few seasons and has such an amazing run, but all things exhaust their welcome eventually if you don't know when to call it a day.

Yeah I remember the running Kenny gag. We would literally say 'Oh my God, you killed kenny' all the time. I was about 12 when the show came out so that was pretty awesome watching a character get brutally killed every episode. The movie pretty much ended the gag though
