See, 616 Miles should be older, but he shouldn't be THIS old. He should be in his mid-20s, late-20s at the oldest. 1610 Miles was ~3 years younger than 1610 Peter. It stands to reason that 616 Miles should be ~3 years younger than 616 Peter, putting him in his mid-to-late 20s.
Thing is that 616 Miles was already at least 18 before Fisk became the Kingpin. Peter met Kingpin while he was still in college. 616 Miles should still have been in High School when Fisk became the Kingpin.
I mean, this is Bendis whose sense of time progression has always been completely fucked, but it just doesn't work.
