film?
i never understood this scene
are all those people infected?
and are they just dormant?
is that danny boyle?
28 "days" later
28 days later. Its a top 25 film this century.
I haven't seen it since it came out so I remember virtually nothing about it, other than it looked like a shitty public television program.
Some infected and some dead from suicide. They aren't dormant, just didn't have stimulation then. It's also possible they were sleeping as the infected in these movies probably needed sleep, just as they needed proper food.
Watch it again
It's been almost a month without people to terrify/eat/murder. This is the first non infected person they've seen in awhile so they go nuts.
>Not many people have basements in California

That scene in the Ring
That first moment in the Descent
Couldn't walk by a window without hurrying by for like 2 weeks.
You're lucky you didn't live in Philly.
Legit niggers outside your window infected with a blood virus.
kairo
what an utterly tension-less sequence, and the license-free 'spooky sound effect' from every Goosebumps episode was sure a nice touch
the zombie genre is a complete fucking waste of everyone's time, and i think danny boyle is a talented lad
can't post webm now, but that TV scene from Signs.

...

Movie?
Jerk...
If you can get past the visual aesthetic I think it's a really terrific film. Pretty well written and when it settles down it can be really somber and effectively depressing. Music is great too
Also the cornfield scene.
Sauce
...
If you read the description, that clip was some lad's school project where he literally replaced all the sound.
Scariest scene in film history.
Movie?

ET cornfield scene ruined my childhood.
Im a pleb and what is this
i went full bitch on this scene. saw it at the movies with my girl, and i'm the one that grabbed her during that jump scare.
see
The last 10-15 minutes of this film ruined the whole thing imo
Thank (You)
yeah my bad I hadnt refreshed in a minute. Thanks
Lake Mungo
Very nearly injured myself watching this the first time.
it's incredibly creepy and disgusting more than scary but fuck the thing is just so good.
I liked the delayed sound gimmick (fast movement without sound then trigger sound, a sort of delayed jumpscare) they used in that film and I usually hate jumpscares
hold up...
I'll never understand why so many people irrationally hate this film. Must be the lack of jump scares
Movie wasn't all that scary (it was good tho) but the design of this thing was fucking nightmare fuel, it was exactly the kind of thing you'd imagine standing in the corner of your room and coming to loom over your bed. Like some fucked up childhood monster.
>I don't know how to read video descriptions
Fucking retard
>about to go to sleep
>see a spooky thread
>enter anyway

Someone post the fucking gif/WEBM
Literally the scariest thing in the entire world, I couldn't even save it out of fright.
That sound got me so fucking good the first time I heard it. Literally tensed up and suddenly felt sweaty and had the biggest fucking smile on my face.

What is this from?
The only mildly memorable scene in a nothing movie.

I don't remember what this scene is but I remember being scared and I repeatedly checked that picture to see if it was a .gif or not.
