Seriously? I'm a bit overweight, lazy, barely have any muscles and way out of form and even I can do 20 pushups easy, 50 max, used to do 100 max like almost 15 years ago.

I hate setting up weights, so I just took a tricep bar, put 100lbs on one side and move it around no the floor by the other side or the grip. I based it off of that short lived shovel glove fad from a few years back. I'm actually seeing results, too.

Slow right down for the last pushup too alphas, and try holding still for a few seconds or so when you're closest to the floor.

But at least being somewhat stronger than average is already pretty good. It's healthy to have some extra muscle mass. And it's not hard, it's just discipline.
You'd have to have a physically strenuous job to build muscle mass without weight training, which is pretty rare nowadays (and that's not healthy). Everybody should lift at least a little.
