This is quite true, and it's part of the reason that Russia has been literally giving land away to anyone in Eastern Siberia who can survive there - trying to balance out the hordes of unmarried middle class Chinese men.
However, given the low fertility of China and the only slightly higher fertility of Russia I don't think we'll see that many Sino-Slavic descendents in Siberia.
