this will mark the first Homestar Runner media I have ever consumed
>Its Fucking great.

>tfw Strong Bad just answered my tweet

Yet another variation of the main cast to add to the list

...

>aka. Homestar Runner website updates again.

aka. hrwiki clogs to a halt so I'm delayed in learning if there's any obscure significance to a bottle having an April 2007 expiration date.

i like to fuck

Everybody's got their own spice

My day just got a bit brighter

What the fuck? Nobody at Twitter has ever heard of Homestar Runner?

>Bend at the knees
>Marzipan just bends whole torso over

Isn't that close to when the website stopped updating? Or was that latter?

I really want to see Puppet Strong bad now lets play terrible old games

they've been updating their youtube account for about a month now

mostly just old stuff but several new things, too

like the thing this is based on:
youtube.com/watch?v=arT7yCgtlQo&

>"that's right"

>Marzipan bends over

It was later, the sbemails stopped being regular releases with #200 in September 2008.

...

Aren't they still making Two More Eggs? I feel like they're updating Homestar more than usual.

>They still got it

What the heck was that?
er... this.. might be the least funny one ever, so it's not the best place to start.

>What the heck was that?
youtube.com/watch?v=arT7yCgtlQo

we recently got two (fantastic) new two more eggs multi-parters, making their own little selfcontained stories. there's nothing not to love!

that actually kind of helps. I did see that but I didn't make the k'nex.

Wait, those guys are behind Two More Eggs? No wonder it felt oddly familiar.

there's alost two "that's right"s per minute there

Soothing children's programming

>No wonder it felt oddly familiar.

You didn't notice that the voices are almost exactly the same?

Are we back in at least a Silver Age of Homestar updates?

According to various websites, Two More Eggs has ended. Someone ask the brothers directly!

I thought Hot Dip Endgame was supposed to be the last episode

>there are people who know homestar as being from the two more eggs guys instead of knowing two more eggs as being from the homestar guys

this is really fucking me up

This really felt like it came right out of mid-2000s era Homestar. So cool to see them updating more regularly.

>preschool L

>but this character... is sassin' back, and maybe this character... is givin' a time

it's so funny and they make it seem effortless

not gonna lie "preschool L" is one of those things that I think about at work and giggle like a retard about days later.

Reminds of the Videlectrix lets plays. I wouldn't mind seeing more of those.

right now we're in that weird era of post-postmodern
sbemails like dictionary were self-aware to the point of not being all that funny after a while, but we're in a period now where they actually just use their own terminology and you go AH i remember that word!

I don't think that's really what that user was saying
much more depressing is the comments on all the two more eggs videos from dumb disney kids who dont get the humor and are like "they made less star vs for this?"

What the hell is this spoofing?

Itself mostly, and Bob Ross by a degree of separation.

I kind of interpreted this as some old cartoon I remember from ABC kids. It had puppets/costumed characters in a parky area, and then at the end of every episode they went to bed.

surely you aren't talking about bear in the big blue house

No. It was set in a park, they never went inside. I'll try and refresh my memory after a shower.

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/In_the_Night_Garden...
Here it is.

oh i've heard of that

>Yonder

STOP TAUNTING ME GOD DAMNIT

I knew at least one person was clueless enough to think 'yonder' is a word invented by that cartoon

I bet you've been sitting waiting here in this thread for a long time waiting to be a smartass

>lamenting poor vocabulary is being a smartass
if you'd ever watched homestar, you'd know they use the word yonder all the time. you wouldn't think this was taunting you

It was then like, every 6 months we got a sbemail, then they stopped

Even worse is the people in the biz cas fri video shouting

OMG THIS IS WHERE DOGE CAME FROM XDDDD

And I want to hurt somebody everytime it happens

funny enough, Matt and Mike both helped write different episodes

yeah that one's true but it's still retarded
and besides technically the roman catholic church came up with it first

thanks strongbobross

>dead hours on Sup Forums

I don't get the dislike for dictionary, honestly.

I don't dislike it or anything, it was just a sign of them kinda getting tired

I guess I sort of get what you mean, since it hinges mostly on inside jokes, but I still think it's pretty damn funny.

yeah it's quite funny, it's more the tone, pacing, and execution. Basically most of the compé era just felt 'season 9 simpsons' to me. a bit zanier and less heartfelt. just let's kill the lappy after we just got done rescuing her

And now the lappy is sort of back?

which is so great
though with all these side projects i'd like to see the sbemail menu updated
theyve said they want a way better one so theyre probably waiting til they have time to really do it up and proper, but i'd really rather just have a new one like the old ones with a nice little clever song and the lappier as the background

They probably are trying to figure out how to replace Flash for it.

nertz to that

Holy shit, there's 10 of them!

yeah two five-parters

nigga you just watched a cartoon about the H*R characters stoned out of their gourds and you don't think it's funny?

even the least funny homestar toon is still funny, dawg
i just didnt get it for once.

I agree. Until the end, it felt like a reference to something I never saw.

yeah i would even watch a real game they were doing

>vulture.com/2014/07/ranking-all-205-strong-bad-emails.html

so this exists

it's from 2014 so it's missing some of the newer stuff

they ranked 'rough copy' as the worst SBemail of all time (or I guess, possibly, least awesome)

I just watched it again. I thought it was pretty good. The worst thing about it is that the guy who wrote the email is clearly a juggalo, but I mean, we're all allowed to be a bit retarded when we're 14.

what ISN'T allowed is ranking 'The Facts' so low on the list. What the flying fuck, seriously?

I quite enjoyed Panda Bractice.

Hector and Kovitch strayed a bit too far from the original formula until the last one. Breakfast was spot on.

Just so long as they can bring in some GOOD!!!!! GRAPHICS!!!!!

fuckin letsplay stinkoman and realize how punishingly hard it is

Rough Copy was awesome
everyone knows the worst ones are the early ones before SB really had his leg up on the pile

yeah it was.... weird. i unfortunately watched out of order because disney XD unfucked their formerly-fucked shit but didn't tell anyone or finish unfucking it
It's so weird hearing kovitch talk so much

they know dude

it is, after all, homage.

I would probably rank 'brianrietta' as the worst, it has one joke and it's just 'strong bad doesn't realize he's talking to a dude immediately'

How the fuck old is Hector anyway
one minute he works at a games store, the next he's below Mr Kovitch's knees

I didn't hate the Hector and Kovitch five-parter but it felt like it was written by someone other than the Brothers Chaps. I had an eerie feeling of executive meddling through the whole thing.

hey man i like french cheese as much as the next guy but it doesn't all have to be hard, yknow? there's brie.. brianna..

i bet the kid helped write it

I doubt it actually

It's far too mundane to come from the mind of a child.

Pic related.

It's not necessarily shown in order. We could be seeing 5 year old Hector today, and 17 year old Hector in the game store. Guy just doesn't change much.

maybe, but shouldn't he have known then that his name isn't Lubens?

But it's Hector.

>"We call that the 5-point Taows
I lost it at this part

There has to be something that tickles everyone's fancy in there. I had to go back and hear "Roundello" several times.

>I had to go back and hear "Roundello" several times.
That too. xD

"Roundello" is fucking excellent, I just know that one's going to worm its way into my vocabulatory.

it was.

I just got this. A good sign that it's 1 am and I need to fucking go to bed.

it was definitely one of my occasional bubbleteas

>Holy shit, there's 10 of them!

Well, Ali. There's one of me...

A-Deleted..
if you had delorted your post it would've been really funny to those of us with the extension

I kinda like "rimulets" and "close-em-ups".
youtube.com/watch?v=0h0pdijjs3c

was fun, I don't get what bend at the knees is referencing, assuming it is

The Wet Knee Gumption Club.
youtube.com/watch?v=8gzt79T3pVM

Josho is Coach Z in all ways but a green bodysuit.

I feel like back sass entered my lexicon years ago as a result of a different Homestar Runner video, but I don't remember which one. Ditto, cross talk.

Giving time is the best addition yet.
