The Democrats control our Legislative government in the capital. This tax increase comes from Trenton. The NJ Governor doesn't write laws, let alone tax increases. He can only sign and veto. But because NJ's Legislative branch is overwhelmingly Democratic, they'll overwrite his veto.

I never bought into the Democrats being assholes meme, but this year, this year I believe. The GOP may be cucks, but at least they stay away from my wallet.
