good first question

Who here is pleased the High Court took the decision it did today?

When you talk about an establishment stitch up, people look at you as if you're a crazy conspiracy theorist, about to go off on one about steel beams and chem trails.

Finally, people are beginning to see the absolute contempt in which they're held. How little they matter. Let the revolution come

FirsT

THIS IS GOING TO BE A BLOODBATH LADS

The Hood has just remembered the presence of International Rescue and is losing it.

I'M NUCLEAAAAAR

As they should. The "findings" of the case were basically that the government couldn't invoke article 50 because that would deprive the people of the right to use EU institutions and the government can't deprive people of their rights even though the people voted for it and it is written directly into the european treaties that the prime minister has the sole authority to invoke exit via article 50.

>A FREE FUCKING GIANT MAP OF BLIGHTY
>why?
>WHY NOT

gods work

>what anger

>the fencer

kek

I fucking hate smug remainers.

>Blighty

People who say this should be shot.

Reminder that the Mail is also the paper that broke the recent story that Huma Abedin's husband sexting with a minor which led to the FBI investigation into him, the seizing of his computer, and eventually the re-opening of the Clinton e-mail investigation two weeks before the election potentially swinging the entire thing for Trump.

There is no paper more based that the Mail, and I'll fight anyone who says otherwise

there's no hope

>you will provoke

>you may not have a legal right to do what the people voted for

rude

So should you, traitor

Ru sure that files big enough?

U WOT?

Spotted the serf

Hell, even 9/11 didn't fucking do it. It came pretty close, but the "religion of peace" meme caught in unfortunately.

Furthermore, there have been many treaties that removed our rights incrementally and nobody called for Parliament to have a vote then.

Parliament is still sovereign. If it is unhappy with the executive it can have a vote of no confidence in the government.

On the basis of my knowledge of constitutional law (and I have formally studied this), the decision seems kind of strange.

In Australia, in which we based most of our law off England, the entry into treaties is solely for the executive government.

Parliament only comes into play by turning the terms of the treating into legislation (supporting legislation). The power to invoke provisions of a treaty remains with the executive government unless otherwise stipulated in the terms of the treaty.

A treaty is equivalent to a contract between nations. If the government entered into it, they are effectively the 'party' to the contract, I cannot see was reason there would be for parliament to be involved.

Has anyone read the judgment and can explain?

Just fuck my independence up tbqhwyf

Lisa Nandy too nice to be a politician

THE 1600S

CURRENT YEAR

This episode is shite.

Say what again. SAY WHAT AGAIN...

Lets all sue the USA for illegally leaving the empire

MUH CONTROLLLOL

Fuck off Huey you mug

>two threads

Over in the other thread.

Every fucking week this shit happens. OP is a tit.

this panel is lacklustre. i thought arrron banks was on this week?

>QT thread
It's called fucking Brit/pol/

>the decision seems kind of strange
That's because it is strange. The court has exactly no jurisdiction since it can only be involved in domestic law. Up until the point that the exit procedure involves domestic law they have no authority and invoking article 50 itself does not in itself involve domestic law.

tl;dr they're full of shit

>muh u wanted parliament to be sovereign rite
These faggots, people wanted their politicians to be accountable to the people. But remainers are all of a sudden all psychics.
There was me thinking people voted to leave because of muh racism.

Arrangements can be made
If our Emperor doesnt win then Elizabeth being head of state would work
She honestly might poll better than either of our options

I'm too despondent for QT, tbqhfam.

newsnight and question time on at the same time fuckin idiots

He dropped out because his son is "ill", just like Nigel did on the night before brexit

kys

What is it with people and a lack of common sense these days?

I'm an employer and the amount of my employees thar think it's OK to piss me off is really baffling. Do people think pissing off the boss is a good thing for their long term employment prospects?

I'm not above sacking out of sheer spite.

Where's the picture of Blair? I don't understand how one having links to the European law Institute isn't a conflict of interest though.

...

...

>Pro-immigration, pro-multiculturalism, anti-Christian libertarian gets mad over Remainers trying to fuck him over

Fucking yawn, he is cut from the same cloth as Douglas Carswell, he isn't based at all

If you weren't newfags who actually remembered him saying "We don't have to lose open borders" within days of the Referendum result then you'd know this

Are you a shit boss perchance?

>Do people think pissing off the boss is a good thing for their long term employment prospects?
They think muh workers rights means you can't fire them. That and they're doing it to impress their progressive socialist friends.

Some of us like to stay in Brit/pol/, m8.

Because they want to seize the means of production, bourgeois scum.

watford is cucked

>the research needs to continue

Probably but it's still not wise to annoy me

Laughable. There are zero workers rights in Britain. We like to pretend there are but there's nothing stopping me sacking whoever I feel like.

Well?
Also, what does "challenging key stakeholder" mean, and what sort of bollocks should I say for a reason why? Democracy?

Oi you leave my Watfordistan alone you cunt

US election coming up, it's nice to get a foreign perspective every now and then too I suppose

>civilservicejobs.service.gov.uk/csr/index.cgi?SID=cGFnZWNsYXNzPUpvYnMmdXNlcnNlYXJjaGNvbnRleHQ9Mjc5NTg1NTImcGFnZWFjdGlvbj12aWV3dmFjYnlqb2JsaXN0JnNlYXJjaF9zbGljZV9jdXJyZW50PTEmam9ibGlzdF92aWV3X3ZhYz0xNTE0NzQ2JmNzb3VyY2U9Y3Nxc2VhcmNoJm93bmVyPTUwNzAwMDAmb3duZXJ0eXBlPWZhaXImcmVxc2lnPTE0NzgyMTM0MjItZjg1NTJkNWYxMzlmYThlZTQ4MDliZTYwZDI1OTA5M2VmNWY0Yjg3Yg==

Hardly surprising. Part of the greater London Cucksphere.

Annoyed already.

Bet you get a boner when you think about ruining someone's life because they dared to challenge you.

Challenging key stakeholder means - if somebody says something stupid, tell them why they're wrong and proceed to correct the record.

>dared to challenge you
They're not being paid to be a challenge.

>anti-Christian

What the fuck are you talking about

this yank is annoying as fuck

>"where did you hear about this position?"
>"a shitposting site and some mong"

Civil War 2.0 it is then.

Who are the yanks?

also, just wondering
what one are you in the three options?

He's annoying as fuck on whatever he's on. He's a moron.

>Oi m8 did u just call me a mong u cheeky wanker

Don't really see what the problem is. Parliament will vote article 50 through regardless. If they don't they're signing their own death warrant, either by the mob or sent to the gulag by Corbachev.
Why does this rile you up Sup Forumssters?

Literally this I have no idea where this belief that I'm paying people to do anything more than shut up and do as their told.

He has attacked Christians before for claiming that the Magna Carta and Bill of Rights were based on religious belief in the authority of God being above that of the State

He also claimed that the men who signed it were atheists because they were all too clever to believe in God despite it being centuries ago

He is also welcoming of Islam

fuck you red coats get out of my site

Fuck you paco, get out of my colony.
