It's not a fanmade poster. Jorge Gutierrez himself made it for an art show with a "Posters for sequels that'll never happen" theme and used it to get the fandom revved up and use it as a means to try convincing Fox to go for it. Though Coco is probably what ended up really getting it the greenlight.
