Is he right? Is Ready Player One gonne be problematic?
Is he right? Is Ready Player One gonne be problematic?
It's Man Child: The Movie.
So it will be problematic to Soy Normies parading as Soy Geeks.
Don't know about that, but it IS going to be shit. Probably get some funny screencaps from it tho.
>Women are supporting characters in YOUR story
Is she taking issue with the concept of a supporting character?
>my whores would be respectable
>twitter SJWs and twitter neo-Conservatives both agree that boys are broken
Hmm
WHAT DID HE CONT'D!??!?!
>mensa cards in their pockets
Fuck OFFF
It would seem everyone on twitter is a histrionic nutcase.
It's a studio false flag. Not even wheaton is a big enough cuck to sincerely virtue signal this hard.
soyboys btfo. beta uprising soon
Girls are broken, and Fifty Shades Freed celebrates a bunch of things that have contributed to this brokenness. 1. Social media consumption as a substitute for personality 2. Feeling entitled to a 6'2"+, fit, rich man 3. Men that don't satisfy these criteria but have the nerve to look at or talk to me should just fucking kill themselves, ew
Steven Spieljew will be @ that 'March For Our Lives' crap next weekend in D.C. to shill for this one
First point is right, rest is him being a soy faggot
That's pretty sexist, m8.
>says the "man" with a cartoon as an avatar
cringe
Are Soyboys different from Beta males or is it like a + or - attachment like in Brave New World?
*observes you nonthreateningly*
>Is Ready Player One gonne be problematic?
Yes, but not for the reasons he thinks.
HE'S NOT A FUCKING GUN
REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
All soyboys are beta, but not all betas are soyboys.
pls be fake. This is too painful if true.
Well, he is the vice president of the Oasis in the book. Voted because of his stance on protecting user rights. Why would he talk shit about Ready Player One when he's part of the story?
He's right and wrong.
Mass media consumption is cancer, but women are side characters. If you take them too seriously you're a fool.
I don't want to get into it - but I've seen posts by an SJW tinged critic who "approves" this because "muh resistance".
Their time will come soon enough.
Nerd culture was a mistake
It's media consumption as a substitute for IDENTITY. The rest devolve into banalities.
>she
um no sweetie, this is 100% soyboy
>He did a live reading of this
I think the thing that pisses me off most about this mass consumption of media in favour of your own identity is that if you don't like something others like then they make you feel bad about it and try and bully you into liking it another thing I absolutely hate is how people feel the need to constantly reference some shitty 80s pop culture piece to show how much of a quirky nerdy outsider they are.
Why the fuck is everyone on twitter such a crackpot? Twitter is like inverse Sup Forums
It's inadvertently damning for the entire Soy Boy lifestyle and ethos
If you want to claim that it's actually deeply sexist/racist then you're just grasping at straws
> guys need porn
the only statement you need to see a demented induvidual.
I wonder why "boys are broken"
could it be that most "girls" have become vapid whores who refuse to take any responsibility for their actions?
>throwing away an entire film’s worth of characterization to make one (1) 3 second trailer clip
Bravo Spielberg
people hate this because of one thing - jealousy.
No, I'm not kidding. This is the main reason why people hate this movie. They hate the fact that piece of trash book like this got published, and turned into a major blockbuster directed by Spielberg. You think this guy never wrote a piece of fanfiction in his life? Of course he did. Multiple times. The difference is he didn't make any money off it. It wasn't turned into a major film. Redditors, twitterfags, everyone hates him. "Why him and not me? I'm a nerd too. I wrote shitty fan fiction too."
I think the book and movie is trash. But the fact he makes so many nerds, libtards, soyboys, faggots mad, makes me respect him a little bit.
and for (((some reason))) I can't seem to find it anymore
>mfw I finally noticed THAT part
But in all seriousness that entire image is concentrated cancer. I mean how the fuck does fucking Disney movies count as geek/nerd material?
>almost no crossover between characters/series on either side of the aisle
then they say gender doesn't influence your interests. also that relationship won't last.
I would love to know what this guy looks like irl
I'm still not going to see it shillmeister
>neo complex
>neo
>white
amerimutts strike again
I unirionically agree with his second tweet, but for different reasons than he holds that opinion
It has the embodiment of toxic masculinity in it.
he definitely reads /r/niceguys every day. I can tell.
I don't have to be jealous or soy to think that it's garbage (the book and movie). I'm not a fan of "dude remember this reference from this show" stuff.
100% right, except from the same thing is happening to women so it balances out as everyone being a stunted development JUST case
If the Cena Duke movie doesn't have Grabbag in it I will be SERIOUSLY pissed. It probably won't, will it?
>no DC characters
>not even Batman
Isn't everyone a supporting character in your own story? So that would include women, how is this a problem?
disgusting
You do realise this isn't the Iron Giant but someone's avatar of the character right?
This. Whenever I talk shit about some movie or show in real life people always act like I'm personally attacking them and get all defensive.
>i had no idea what you were referencing but i googled it and totally agree with you. we have so much in common.
>keeping all the ethnics in the back
Don't know when this was written but big fake boobs haven't been popular in porn for a while now.
>white dudes are all secretly exceptional
He must get called a soyboy and a numale daily. Does he really think all those detractors secretly think highly of him? What arrogance.
So the Iron Giant is just being shit on by some nobody in the story, that makes it so much better.
The MC's best friend is literally a fat lesbian black woman. So no
yeah, incest is all the rage right now. thanks kikes.
yes. this post is objectively right.
>Rick and Morty fan talks about his kinks
>what is Abby Winters
>what is Girls Out West
does he even porn?
>Like a Preacher needs pain
is he talking about the esoteric concept of hell? What a faggot.
oh fuck you're right
>Summa cum laude, baby! That's what I call erotic
Cheesy writing aside though, preferring the wallflower with the tweed skirt and the glasses over the bimbo is unironically patrician.
It's not the iron giant though, this movie is basically VR chat and some guy thinks the giant looks cool
It's worse with Harry Potter fans. I feel like they are secretly scheming to kill you the moment you bring up why their precious little snowflake franchise is shit.
*blocks your path*
>decide to roll dice for fun
>pretend heavy bolters vs plague marines
>roll 9 dice
>all hit on pask tonk
>roll to wound
>seven 1s
>one 2
>one 4
>plague marine makes the save perfectly fine
holy shit I do't think I've ever rolled that many 1s before in a single roll
It is it’s a post from a satire forum
The fact that he doesn’t know porn aimed at nerds exists is absolutely pathetic though.
>Is he right?
Eh, no. Not really.
1. It's alright to enjoy media. Doing so is hardly a "substitute for a personality."
2. That doesn't really happen in the book, though, and probably won't happen in the movie.
3. So now stories shouldn't feature women as supporting characters at all? You want LESS women in movies?
4. Again, doesn't happen in the book/movie.
5. I can see where you'd jump to this conclusion, because there are bits in the book where the main character goes on about all the stuff he watched, but it's never really used as gatekeeping, I'd say no one is ever really made to feel stupid or uncool because they don't know what a Voltron is in the story. Again, it's okay to like things.
7. This is a real stretch. Not all white people in the story are exceptional. Really, just one guy is exceptional, and not because of his race. It's okay to have a character be good at something and also be white.
To end this reply, I visited the guy's twitter, and the first photo he has posted is of a Super Famicom version of Super Metroid in some special version of the Super Famicom, with him talking about how it plays so well. Plus he's some white dude and you know it's 2018 and nobody is allowed to be a white man any more.
Dude looks like he's about to snap.
>Media consumption as a substitute for personality
he's correct about this, but incorrectly implies that this only applies to boys
>running plague marines
no one wants to read this drivel. save it for your diary you bug chasing faggot.
no, it's real. there's a video of him reading it as well
oh fuck wrong thread
>those digits
I can't delete it now
>problematic
The only thing "problematic" is people like you
I'm pretty sure that everything will be problematic by 2030 to these shit brained liberals.
OP on suicide watch
I frequent Sup Forums and seen this posted there before and it was proven to be satire
Y’all just believe anything nowadays and can’t recognize trolling anymore
This.
goddamn, this movie really triggers soyboys hard
and cline is soy as fuck. really makes you think.
Only alt-right drumpfniggers would give nagative reviews to a Spielberg production
>boys are broken
Yeah that doesn't seem offensive
All the people getting assblasted over RPO are fucking nuts
The fact that he thinks women in porn are stupid if they're hot is pretty sexist desu
they are jealous
>90% of what you were told is "morality" is actually baseless superstition
brb, gotta go rape, steal and murder
It isn’t soy enough for them.
What's with that? I like my POV porn and 90% of it is siblings/Stepmother (Sometimes it is even just mother).
Why doesn't Bob just kill himself for his fellow diverse brothers and sisters?
Daily reminder there is exactly one moment in his life that movie blob was correct about something, and that was defending James Rolfe with the whole ghostbusters incident.
hi ernie
