Not at all, Total Rickall (the parasite) episode is the pinnacle of writing genius. The other one isn't my personal favorite, but still a respectable choice.

M. Night Shaym-Aliens is a contender for my favorite all time and it's definitely my favorite from Season 1. It's also my go-to episode to introduce new people to the show: the A-Plot and B-Plot are both independently entertaining, whilst supporting one another and eventually merging in a satisfying way; plus, the new viewer only has to learn about Rick, Morty, and Jerry.

Nazis were a powerful force that actually threatened the world with tanks, bombs, concentration camps, gas chambers, etc. The people who waved swastika flags in charlottesville were larpers by comparison, and punching one isn't going to save anyone or anything; it's just going to give the puncher smug, self satisfaction while perpetuating the hate and violence they claim to dislike. Punching them also gives them power, since you're acknowledging them as if they were the genuine thing. Again, that's like treating a Naruto cosplayer as if they were a genuine ninja-like threat.
No those kinds of episodes were the best because they included the family and wasn't shy about showing their animosity towards each other however it was mainly played off as a simple dark joke that gave you some insight rather than take over most of the episode like a large chunk of season 3.

My favorite episode is Ricklantis Mixup (Tales from the Citadel), but Rickall is a close second.
But if you ignore them they'll just freely interfere with your local and national politics.
