Thank god
>the size of that white man's club like cock
What show is this?
t. faggot
t. Stewart
this show was legitimately hilarious
are there any in-depth analysis of this kino going really deep into how it's a post-ironic look at 90's youth culture?
Beavis & Butthead do America is better than the south park movie. It's also miles better than the simpsons movie.
>Mike Judge makes a cartoon mocking dumb teenagers in small towns who do nothing but fuck around
>this becomes a hit
>every teenager in america sees them as heros and starts emulating their actions to become losers because they think its cool
theres something to this and how it relates to people with no shame who will degrade themselves in order to be on shitty reality tv
>WHOAH, this guy said he wants us to "do his wife"
What did Butthead mean by this?
the rob zombie animated part is kino
>It's also miles better than the simpsons movie.
Very low bar desu
boobs
>huhuhuh hey Beavis...I turned myself into a turd...I'm turd Butthead...huhuh
FROOOOOG
BAAAASE
BAAAAAAAAAALL
It wasn't just the teenagers of the time who were lampooned, adults and people in authority were shown to mostly be just as fucked up, ignorant and rudderless in their lives.
Meme bullshit aside I liked how Todd completely cucked them out of nowhere a couple times. Pretty much embodies how I felt around girls.
>"Heh heh... You said, 'wood'."
>"Hehehehe, yeah, heh, wood"
Genius
* le tip
Yes I will I own the 4 dvd collections and the movie.
didn't they take frog baseball out of the dvds?
plus they are missing all of the music videos, right?
Sup Forums will claim that this show sucked while ignoring
>the no laughing episode
>the one where they ran for school treasurer
>the ep where they investigated why morning wood happens for their school project
>the entire movie
>the episode where they go to prison
nhuhuh nhuhuh based
the movie was based
youtube.com
uh huhuhuhu
shut up...butthole
uhuhuhuhu
>that episode where Butt-Head got stuck in the pipe
>that episode where they take driver's ed
>that episode where they go to a speech therapy class
The 90's was a reflection how fucked up the 70's and 80's were. It was like a cathartic moment after all the rampant degeneracy, nihilism took its place.
lol
>i will never again be with my best friend in my downstairs with our ears right up to the speaker of the tv because we were afraid my mom would hear us watching MTV but Beavis and Butthead were on and it was the episode where Beavis cut his finger off in shop class and was bleeding and screaming and we were laughing that laugh where no sound comes out with tears and the whole thing, but the fact we couldn't make any sound made it even funnier
oh and
>that episode where Cornholio becomes a hit at a poetry club
The episode where they join the Christian Right is hilarious.
Is the epi. called frog baseball? And disc 3 of the sets each have like 10 -15 music videos
Don't forget the chicken nugget one.
>hey baby... come to butthead
I crack up every time
Is it true B&B can't be on streaming because of music video rights?
this sucks
>Is this a GOD dam?
t. rick and morty
youtube.com
yes you do
I had Beavis and Butt-Head
You underage faggots have Rick and Morty.
theyre missing a ton of music vids because of copyright shit and theres still a lot of episodes not on dvd because mike judge doesnt like them.
Do you think that 1918 fags talked about the 70's and 80's (1870s and 1890s that is) like we do the 20th century? isn't time weird?
anyway, i can't answer to your rampant degeneracy and nihilism point, but I can say that the 90s may be about as good as America is going to get. SOme say we are entering a golden age, and I'm 60% inclined to think so, but a lot of the filth and nihilism-gone-to-seed would do what they can to prevent that I think.
there is no golden age without moral responsibility, and Beavis and Butthead were nothing but the entire absolution of moral responsibility (see frog baseball).
Then again, Mike Judge gave us King of the Hill, which maybe was some form of penance?
captcha: fire hydrant. make of that what you will
>We can't put stoner teens on so we'll just have them act like stoners. This means the 90s wasn't degenerate huehuheuheuhe.
Did Step By Step do the ultimate Beavis and Butthead live action?
is that jeremy seinfeld?
who directed that tripping sequence? seems like one of those 80s Heavy Metal or Fire and Ice type of cartoons
robbie
some guy named rab zambino or something
It's almost as if things are getting progressively more decadent and people realize it, but are drown out by hedonists afraid to give up their destructive behavior going, "b-b-b-b-b-but that's what the last generation said lol"
>slippery slope """"""""""""""""""""fallacy""""""""""""""""""""
is real, ask Joe Biden, though he'll spin it as A Good Thing.
I'm as bad as anybody, so don't play that card. Hypocrite? Yeah, but I know it. I don't play mental gymnastics to try and justify myself.
I saw this in the mall of america in the theater before minnesota got niggrofied back in the 90's
ya, I guess it is on there
that's good that they have some music videos
The movie truly was.
youtube.com
How I missed that this was Rob Zombie I have no idea.
>It's almost as if things are getting progressively more decadent and people realize it, but are drown out by hedonists afraid to give up their destructive behavior going, "b-b-b-b-b-but that's what the last generation said lol"
nods in contemplation
>slippery slope """"""""""""""""""""fallacy""""""""""""""""""""
I haven't heard the argument for that the slippery slope argument is a fallacy. But maybe you (like me) think the slippery slope is an actual thing and your previous point was a demonstration of it (?). I think my take on that is right, given your mile long quotation marks.
>is real, ask Joe Biden, though he'll spin it as A Good Thing.
of course. men acting like furries is the social justice issue of our generation.
>I'm as bad as anybody, so don't play that card. Hypocrite? Yeah, but I know it. I don't play mental gymnastics to try and justify myself.
Do you have a family, or at least someone you are helping out? You should add something to this world before you leave, user. You should leave something better than you found it. And don't say you have nothing to give. You have a lot to contribute, and you were put here for A Reason. I can tell that because now we're in a conversation in a blessed Beavis and Butthead thread. God uses the foolish things of this world to confound the wise. go on then
Could a live action movie work if they got some 15 year olds to wear burst masks like these and have Mike voice over them?
see wondered the same thing. fucking amasing sequence
only if it looked like this
t. a fucking faggot piece of shit who literally never posts but sits in front of his monitor 48 hour stretches at a time just to make incendiary first posts because he's such a fucking pathetic piece of shit with absolutely nothing in his life that this is the way he feels he can make a mark somewhere, at anytime, with anyone, ever
Kill yourself.
i thought that time, that is the most braindead show ever, and cant be surpassed. then came ren&stimpy, spongebob and now family guy and the whole macfarlaine shit universe
I AM THE GREAT CORNHOLIO
Also reminder that Tom Anderson did nothing wrong.
Seething
The movie works so well, even if you are not a fan of the series. It's just two chuckle fucks crossing the country during a crisis
>it's a post-ironic look at 90's youth culture
You're literally retarded.
There are shows on [AS] that make B&B look like Frasier.
My mom swooped in like a hawk whenever I tried to watch Beavis and Butthead and had a huge problem with it.
She's smothered me my whole life trying to make sure I was safe because I was my parents only son and now I just literally don't want to get a job after falling for the college degree meme and feel completely fine taking my parents money including my father's who didn't tell me shit about life ever.
I mean I love my parents but I don't really like the people that they factually are.
>This is a real song
Large fries, pie, large coffee.
>mother smothered you by not letting you leave the house on your own or go to birthday parties or friend's houses
>still let you watch Beavis and Butthead and R-rated movies and play violent games all the time
Looking back, this movie had a good soundtrack.
Chris Prynoski did the music video section in the movie you pleebs
Don't get me wrong, I still did all those things you listed, but it's fucking different when you don't have any siblings and your mom constantly fucking fucks with you about what is good or bad.
It's not as much of my dad's fault because he literally had to fly to Mexico all the time for work to pay for everything.
But seriously fuck both of them for imbuing this twisted idea of suffocating as well as materialistic secure "love" upon me when I was young. Thanks for the money dudes.
>including my father who didn't tell me shit about live ever
Yea bro. He probably never taught you about what it was to be courageous, either? or to fucking *dig* for shit you wanted, or to pursue the girl, or to stand up to the bully. Mine too. And my dad is gone now and I've forgiven him for all that shit, but there's still somewhat of a cavern in my soul that I've got to fill in every day by making the hard choices. You know, the little ones, like being warm to someone, or not giving into the anger/rage, or speaking my mind in a roomful of fucking assholes.
I actually don't know your situation user, but I guarantee whatever it is, you have my sympathy. Yet there is always tomorrow, so get a good night's rest tonight and give her hell.
Imagine being this butthurt because someone rightly pointed out that Beavis and Butthead isn't exactly high art
I appreciate your reply. I do still know that I don't deserve any more sympathy than any other person just because I didn't have a good relationship with my dad though. He was very busy and just wanted to make sure his wife and kid could have things.
He grew up on a farm in 1950 and literally lucked into a lifelong career by actually walking down a dirt road and having a guy drive up to him in a car and ask him if he wanted to work for them. He's a simpler kind of guy that has been around for a long time, and I know he tried his best. He's a much harder worker than I've ever been and I love him, but our shit was just fucked. Both me and parent's shit was just fucked even though I'm lucky enough to have worked a couple jobs and have my own roof over my head with their help. Apartment. I can't imagine ever having my own house but we'll just see if I can do more in the future.
aint a thang man. sounds like our dads wouldn't have gotten along, on account of them being too much alike. :))
Beavis and Butthead is fucking brilliant to be honest.
youtube.com
I don't think it's high art, but I know for a fact that that guy is a faggot contrarian. Yes, not everyone thinks Beavis and Butthead was good but you can read a first-posting faggot immediately when they do shit like this.
Beavis and Butthead's adventures were funny, but not nearly as funny as them riffing on music videos. That is something we will literally never see again, because getting the rights to all of those videos would make a DVD set like $300.
not sure if you mean legally or what
>Beavis & Butt-head : The Complete King Turd Collection V2
Beaver and Butterhole
yeah. Its not like my dad was some shit head that walked out on me. He went to work and took care of his family and all that, but he never taught me anything in terms of responsibility ect. I just kind of fucked around by myself while my older sister was going to parties and getting into screaming matches with my dad.
Im pretty sure every millennial is a spineless worm loser like this specifically because of their bland shitty dads who never guided them down any sort of path. The only sort of life advice I got was from older kids on the bus who would just feel bad for me for being such a nerd.
>that one faggot blogging about his life
lmao
Dumbasses Anonymous is the single best episode. This is my own personal rip from the King Turd DVDs.
streamable.com
I went to school with a Mormon band geek who would say this all the time in a perfect impression. Killed me everytime.
>huhuhuh, hey Beavis, remember that time you called that guy a cuck on that 4schlong site?
>hehehe yeah that was cool
>Hole reference
that's literally what it is you dumbfuck Sup Forumsmblr trash
Ren and Stimpy came out before Beavis and Butthead.
God help us all.
If you hate money so much, can I have yours?
That joke never made sense since they were always illiterate
Just two things I think make the show work so well. Not the only two things, but two of many.
1) Honesty. Mike Judge's style is all his own. It has no pretension to it, no Disney influence or any other popular studio aesthetic. It's just how he draws, plain and simple, adopted for TV. That's incredible in itself since shows with unusual art like this tend to get passed over and ignored.
2) The humor's honest and unassuming, too. It treats everyone pretty harshly, but never tries to come up with any elaborate reasons why they're deserving of it. The one thing all the characters in Beavis and Butthead have in common is their collective myopia. Everyone's got a one track mind, and it's what makes the boys slip through the cracks and get into a position where they can cause damage, if not to others than to themselves. There's always that one security guard who's not paying attention, or that one thing that's just sitting there waiting to be taken because someone forgot it. Or that one naive older man that says "You boys look like enthusiastic, young entrepreneurs, I like your unconventional manner and bold attitudes"!
One of my favorite jokes on the show is when they buy the non-alcoholic beer and are getting ready to drink it. Beavis opens up the bag, and, upset, yells "They didn't give us any straws"! The absolute perfect way to portray that kid who wants to be mature but still doesn't know shit. Laughed long and hard.
Whoa! It's Todd!
>tfw this used to scare the shit out of me when i was younger
>would still watch it and be scared the whole time anyway
anyone else ? i think it was the animation style, kind of nightmare-ish
I wasn't allowed to watch it when I was really young and it was at it's peak, but I was allowed to collect the trading cards and would buy them and be fascinated with what I saw and what I imagined it to be like.
