But Linux is a bit overrated as well. And I say that as someone who contributed to several subsystems in the vanilla kernel.
Microsoft made good kernels at least since Windows 7.

Linux is great if you're learning about systems and programming. For general use, fuck yes I'm going to use Windows. There's no reason not to have a system with either or both if those reasons appeal.
