After going over numerous reports of these machines flipping votes, I have concluded that ALL MACHINES IN ALL PRECINCTS ARE RIGGED, and that they will flip a vote right around 40 percent of the time. Your vote is not guaranteed to be flipped, only enough will get flipped to do the job. 40 percent is a very high number though.

OBVIOUSLY VIDEO YOUR VOTE.
