Since it's obvious you can't comprehend anything outside of pictures flashing in your eyeballs, it was made aware to the audience that his healing factor's ability has been greatly diminished due to the adamantium on his bones actually poisoning him. That's why he spent the second half of the movie asleep and in constant pain/fatigue after being fucked up royally by X-24. The final battle collapsed his healing factor for good.

if post-adamantium skeleton his regeneration was reduced it's entirely possible it was no longer properly regenerating his telomeres which in turn would adequately explain why his aging was so quick
in effect he was always aging at a normal rate, his healing factor simply constantly undid it
