The melee combat is very BamHam but feels nice and brutal. The car combat is great, one of the best points. Exploration is typical open world ubisoft style with a lot of points of interest you don't have to do but they add a lot of flavor. There's also an upgrade system for stats, gear and your cars. The main point people bitch about is the melee combat but I guess I don't mind it as much as some people do.
