Why does modern TV Comedy suck so bad. NBC once has The Office, Parks and Rec and Community on at the same time. I haven't seen a new comedy in years that is any good.

As a Brit I can only comment on the uk comedy scene but the reason for the decline in comedy is the relative cheapness of panel shows.
Putting a bunch of comedians at a desk on a set is far cheaper and easier to shoot than a sketch or situational comedy show so the executives would rather fund the former than the latter.
