God, Willis is worse than Buckley. All this dialogue sounds like my idiot friend when he's trying to pretend he has a good vocabulary, and it doesn't fit Joe at all.
And the comments about learning to talk to people; There's no way Joe can be cast as the guy who gets a lot of girls and not be charming. Hell, especially when he was the one who called out his friend for having unrealistic relationship expectations at the beginning of the year.

Twitter user Brant asked why the "We Rate Dogs" guy always gives all the dogs high ratings. I think the account always gives them +100% ratings like 13/10 and such. We Rate Dogs responded that "they're good dogs Brent." So Joe is saying he is now considering all women to be good and has taken it down.
It's really hard to follow because it's mired in a reference, and the reference in question didn't end with the twitter being taken down. Just the opposite, they continued to sing the praises of the dogs.
I think it's supposed to be awkward, but that doesn't work when everything is awkward in your comic.
These strips have been really boring.

Just an ex-smoker trying to help those who are stuck where he was. Nothing more, nothing less. I stop by every couple of months to see if there's anything to fap to, or if the one artist that everyone liked came back, so I at least try to offer an alternative. You can think Willis is shit without following every strip to delve into how bad it is. Doing that instead of being here every night is, in my own experience, an improvement.
