You still haven't made any argument as to how this is a scam. Giving away a product for free to take a tax deduction requires you to disclose that you did that. It would be fraud if Disney lied about giving things away to charity and reported the donated tickets as sales revenue. In that case they'd be paying taxes on income they didn't earn just to fluff their numbers which is retarded. Any donated tickets would be kept segregated from actual sales for the purposes of the financial documents investors would look at. Once again you have provided zero evidence of """fraud."""
