Dislike him. Writer of corncobby chronicles. To consider them masterpieces is an absurd delusion. A nonentity, means absolutely nothing to me.

Very easily turned into a film, the only problem is that it's actually a pretty shit book.

I think it would adapt pretty easily. There's a reason Cormac McCarthy novels keep getting made into movies and why he thought he could write his own.

Correct answer, but that's more of a testament to the bizarre structure of the book than anything.

The Great Gatsby

It could be a movie, but not a film

Good. This book is fucking terrible.

I don't know how this would be translated to film

it could work, but it'd have to take two movies to be done properly. Either that or Jodorowsky's 14 hour epic, but your typical 2-3 hour film won't cut it.

>make a shitty romance thinger
>scramble it so reading it is a pain
>get called artistic

>he actually wanted Jodorowsky's abomination

that’s because nothing happened in that book except for danielewski occasionally shitting on the pages and going “analyze THAT!”

it’s actually really boring run of the mill fantasy bullshit, could be done in like 1.5 hours with a non-hack director
