What?

what does it mean?

will you finally help all the poor refugees?

why not use a good electoral system? like STV

What is the significance of this?

He means that 74% are in favor of compulsory voting, which is ironic considering barely a half of the nation voted.

They voted in favour of a winner take all voting system

>FPTP

Fucking garbage, why are you regressing

We've been accepting our quotas.

It's just that they don't want to stay in our shit country and pack their bags towards...well..,you.

We had a system where if you get 26% of the votes, you get 26% of the seats. It sucked, we had a referendum.

Results are in, from now on we're going to have a system that's more akin to France than the proportional representation of the...past...present? W/e, we're getting some of that TPP goodness.

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bulgarian_referendum,_2016

Isn't that what they already do in elections?

Oh I see

Good for you, we need this system too in Germany. Fucking cancer government where the fucking socialists can always block shit even while only getting 20% of the votes.

>We had a system where if you get 26% of the votes, you get 26% of the seats. It sucked, we had a referendum.

You're kidding right. If you're going to have any form of representative democracy, it has to be proportional. First past the post is literally a joke.

Am I being trolled?

I know what I said...

dnevnik.bg/bulgaria/

Too many parties, the coalitions keep fracturing and bickering, we haven't had a government that can properly function in a while. So we're trading some representation for effectiveness.

Prepare yourself for goofy political dichotomies.

we have proportional in italy too, and it fucking sucks

On december 4 we will vote too to change the electoral law

As I said in No, you're not. We decided to go FPTP because the proportional system - though representing the voters better - was much less effective in actually governing.

Democracy is good, but you do want a government that can function.

> W/e, we're getting some of that TPP goodness.

Meant to say FPTP.

silly american
some countries are actually democratic and have representational systems

>On december 4 we will vote too to change the electoral law
No you fuckmuppet, we vote to change the role of the Senate and the Regions, the new election system has been approved some months ago

So, next one to win the political elections will be a Pro-EU shill right?

What's the political situation in Bulgaria anyway?

isn't EVEN the electoral law inside the referendum?

BTW you are right, too bad i don't follow much italian politics because they sucks compĂ
