The Republican party (the party officials and elites) don't like Trump because he's not "one of them". The Democrats don't like Republicans in general, including Trump, so Trump will have a ton of oversight from all sides. Trump won't be able to take a shit without oversight from both parties. Anything he does for the next 4 years will come through hard wheeling and dealing with both parties.

Extra true if she gets control of the Senate, she will appoint justices that are not qualified but will again act as yes-men to her politics. Expect harsh gun restrictions and expect things like "trigger words" and "safe spaces" to get codified into law.
