Pandemonium Wizard Village

What did Sup Forums think of Pandemonium Wizard Village? I want to have a legitimate thread about it.
Is it even possible to have a thread about this without it dying in only a dozen odd posts?

The girls in this comic are crazy cute and I really wish I knew how to draw fanart of furries. But I can only do humans.

And it huuurts.

I really need to work on my art, because I'm complete garbage and want to draw cute fanart

>Furry

Maybe you should give it a chance instead of generalizing

Best to take that to /trash/. You'll meet the TwoKinds General.

Sup Forums had regular Pandemonium threads when it was released.

Sup Forums needs to be consistent when it comes to furry comics.

...

...

Old and busted, talk about dakini instead

I try but no one else wants to

Where can I read this in English now?
Didn't the authors old site for hosting stuff die?

kissmanga.com/Manga/Pandemonium-Majutsushi-no-Mura

I saw a thread about pandemonium here a long time ago and someone mentioned the french books which I had no idea existed so I ordered them from my local bookstore (French is my native language)

They're pretty good and I'm glad I bought them, there's also some extra stuff at the end. Not available in english though I think.

I remember someone tried to make a motion comic but I can't find it on YouTube anymore. It was on Spanish or Portuguese I think

I have those too, as well as a portfolio with some prints. I love them.
>Tfw hoping for that English publication which'll probably never come

You might be thinking of the French Latitudes ad.
youtube.com/watch?v=Hq8Y-uHhPlE
Either that or the fandub that pronounces Domika's name wrong.

I know what I'm gonna get next.

Also the fuck was the things in the sky?

so long as she keeps bringing down sky gods Im on her side.

>I know what I'm gonna get next.
The portfolio is extremely rare, I just managed to luck out on finding it.
>Also the fuck was the things in the sky?
Reoccurring villains in that world that have been causing havoc for years. They started in Sakasabane (Untranslated, not on the internet), reappeared in Tsunousagi (Untranslated, but available), as well as Pandemonium, and Sho claims that Dakini (Semi-translated, ongoing) will be where it ends.

...

Well, I'm tired, so goodnight. These threads are really discouraging to keep alive, and it's honestly both depressing me, and giving me a migraine.

>English scanlations finally start coming out
>Sho notices it and stops it since it's apparently his only source of income and he's musinng about maybe possibly someday releasing an English translation
I love the dude and I want to support him but I sincerely doubt that an English audience will ever be worth the effort and I'd rather read it now than wait on something that might not even materialize.

Quit the comic as soon as possible.

bump

Doubt him.

Fuck off

There are a lot of characters in that picture that I want to shove my penis into. Even the vulture.

Molte is cute. Is it pronounced "mole tay"? or just "molt"?

I just say "molt"
"zai-fer"
"dom-ick-ah"

...

I think the story would have been better if the drama didn't feel forced and over the top like a typical shonen manga. The majority of the comic just rides on the MC being delusional in his quest to fix his past mistakes.

Besides that, I really liked the art style that doesn't overwhelm you with colors, and the main characters are pretty interesting. The naive and innocent Domika pairs well with the more down-to-earth Molte, and the old man on a suicide mission felt pretty genuine at times.

Too bad nobody's gonna remember this comic except for the fight with the giant-booby fox

I think it handled its drama better than most other things. Zipher's one wrong step away from losing himself the entire time, and Domika is there to help him come down off that edge. You can feel that he genuinely wants to move on, but he's holding himself back because he just can't accept it, until chapter 12 that is. It's not that he's trying to fix his past mistakes, it's that he's trying to atone for his current ones.

I think a lot of people remember Zipher's moments of breaking down, his relationship with Domika, and the entirety of chapter 6 a lot more, at least that's what I feel. While I love Kayoh, I never felt that her appearance detracted from anything.

...

...

I wish Pandemonium got an English publication

Pretty much this. I read it forever ago, but I remember the drama felt forced, mainly because I think the MC's past and certain connections weren't well elaborated on. I didn't dislike it but if it was more natural half the time it would of been an overall better story.

That complaint has no merit. The staring cast of the story & it's world are irrelevant if the reason for it makes sense. It's basically why stuff like Madoka Magica or LWA is justifiable and good vs other shitty animes and shows.

The only there was ever forced drama was with Molte, but that's because she was literally fucking with him and egging him on to do shit. Just about everything that happens is alluded to.

CUTE

The cutest and the fluffiest

Is it even available in english anymore?

Anyhow the ending was too clean for all the shit the MC pulled but overall it was solid with cozy art

kissmanga.com/Manga/Pandemonium-Majutsushi-no-Mura

Damn.

Well you could always draw human versions.

>>Anyhow the ending was too clean for all the shit the MC pulled
Nah, I never thought that. I think Zipher more than atones for all of his sins by the end of the story. He's not an inherently bad person, even Kayoh of all characters brings this up, and Ainu acknowledges that the fire caused by the fireworks was a mere accident. He goes as far as to risk his life and betraying the brigade for the safety of the villagers multiple times throughout the final arc. Nothing ever deters him away from that, and his final sacrifice was more than proof that he had to put an end to it all, including his own hopes and dreams.

As for his relationship with Domika, while it's definitely a major possibility that she wouldn't outright forgive him immediately, she always saw that there was someone hurting beneath the mask he always wore. This is apparent in chapter 3 the most when him opening up led to him breaking down. The truth is is that Domika did love Zipher, as you can see in chapter 9. While no one can say for certain whether or not she returned his feelings at first, she probably had to think about about before she decided to leave the village together with him.

Obviously if Molte hadn't survived, I doubt it would have ended that way, but Sho planned on that ending from the very start, as he's gone on to say, and even he wishes he had more time to write Zipher's confession and not rush things near the end.

You shouldn't worry too much. We've gotten in touch with Sho and we have something planned, it's just going to take some time.

Now is just wait for /ourguy/ to be in it.

Girlyman let Eldar into the Imperium, pretty sure he’d let in Wulfen.

This person should really open a Patreon

Granted it's google translate, but this is pretty much his thoughts on patreon.

So he's not sure if to open a Patreon because he wouldn't be able to deliver monthly chapters?
Someone should tell him that he could get paid per comic instead of per month, and his problems would be (mostly) solved.

...

The question is whether he uses US or Japan Patreon. I don't know if you've seen the Japan version of Patreon, but it's like, 98% porn. I really don't know much about Patreon, but he also says it could be too much at one time. I mean, it sounds like he's working himself to exhaustion.

>I don't know if you've seen the Japan version of Patreon, but it's like, 98% porn
Oh.. that would explain the second sentence. He could still open a Patreon for the English version and split the money with a translator. Better than leaving your comic untranslated and getting no money for it.

That's true, though Sho's English skills aren't great. I believe he said he can read English alright, but typing it out is much different. Right now, all we can do is support him on note.mu, which actually buying from there is very easily once you know what you're doing. It's just $4 for each chapter too, and I think it's more than worth it.

FLUFFY

He gets even fluffier

This is why I still browse Sup Forums. Just finished reading it and oh man it was heartwarming. Where can I find the other comic?

Well, Tsunousagi (Prequel) is here, although it's untranslated: mega.nz/#!zINEnZYY!eyh8NWtqYHXGtzq9Lgao8L1Y6Q0KIhRf3XqDWUzV-u8

And Dakini (Sequel) is here, but only two chapters have been translated so far: bato.to/comic/_/comics/hana-no-kishi-dakini-r22494

Thanks

No prob

...

God I love the character designs and I'm not even a furry

Don't have to be anything to appreciate something that's good.

...

Not that user, but thanks for this. Will definitely give it a look through.

Tsunousagi's art alone is worth looking over it at least

I'm sorry

...

Cute

...

...

...

Smelly, dumb, furry scum.

Do you know that furries will never be tolerated on Sup Forums? Move your shitty thread to right now! Furries are degenerate creeps who fap to animals and have disgusting fetishes.

Bump

the mutants in the village look pretty cool, its nice to see characters whose chimera-ism arent all beneficial

I really enjoyed the whole thing with them being pretty much a leper colony subsisting on the remains of some advanced civilization.

So much suffering. I love it.

bump

literally some of the best art and character designs ever

Domika a cute

...

Zipher sure does go through a lot. I kinda fucked up the size though just making it fit under 4 mb.

I remember reading this a few years ago, loved it a really wished this would get published in english one day.

Where can I find translated scans of this? Also that girl looks like an hybrid between Domika and Kayoh.

See but there's currently only 2 of 5 chapters translated.
>>Also that girl looks like an hybrid between Domika and Kayoh.
Well, she's actually Kayoh's daughter,
and Cosith is most likely the father.

...

"We"?
Are you in touch with Sho?
What does he think of that one artist on tumblr who's obsessive about literally stealing his waifu wholesale from Pandemonium and claiming her as his?

those are some fucked up hentai hands

No, let's keep banning Endtown and allow Bittersweet Candybowl to stay

My translator friend is in touch with Sho, I specifically am not. However, I am helping with the project we're doing, and I'm told of everything that my friend and Sho talk about.
As for TheArtFaggot, I don't know how Sho actually feels about him. I personally really don't like him, but Sho's been somewhat tolerable of him at the very least. I wouldn't doubt if he thinks he's creepy as fuck though. Drawing hundreds of pictures shipping your shitty furry self insert with a character that's not yours, and then proceeding to make a profit on that is a betrayal of trust, and he should honestly feel ashamed.

in our defense we rag on BCB as fuck

That's no excuse for why Endtown should be banned.

What is it about? Is there a short spoiler-free synopsis you could give?

poor luck

some bitch has fucked up hands and wants to bang the fatass manlet
shenanigans ensue

Cat man named Zipher travels to a village full of handicapped and mutant-like people carrying a box with him. Lots and lots of suffering ensues.
