They should be able to open a case.) - State attorney general? If it's D.C. It's going to be a little different right? Since it's the capital of the states? White House attorney? Someone had a good idea on a forum i frequent, get all emails in chronological order that mention pizza, maps etc, then make a list of how often, when and the context each phrase is used, that would better enable us to decipher, given each context for each use, recurring uses of each etc.
