I'm glad you asked so I could needlessly go on about my impression from last time, it's a modern take of the early year, everyday life of some of the secondary school cast in Spider-Man, refreshingly done from a perspective other than Peter's. Not that there's anything wrong with his, just that because of how it's framed we get a different look at how he seems and doesn't to others. Initially anyway, there's a slight shift later on I won't spoil, but anyway the main draw is that we get introspection on what makes these people who they are, aspirations for individuality, respect, acceptance, control, empathy.
It's really quite interesting how it engages you to consider that someone you might have seen as conceited, shallow or oblivious might be affecting that for reasons to cope or control with their insecurity and inadequacy.
