>TFW this is one of my most cherished, favorite Disney movies
>TFW Everyone here hates it
>TFW it just turned 29 a couple days ago and nobody, not even Disney, said a damn thing.

Liking Oliver and Company is suffering. But at least everyone unanimously agrees that Why Should I Worry is a fantastic number. If I were to put any above it, it would probably be anything from Aladdin. That entire movie is catchy.

It's a good song, yeah, but it's no Dark of the Night.

I liked it a lot growing up but I'd never consider it one of the best or a cherished memory.

Granted A Goofy Movie is my #1 so I kinda feel ya.

Oh, I'd never consider it one of the best either. That's just a fact. But dammit, I can't help but love it.

iktf user
I really do.

Your favorite movie is doomed to share the birthday with Mickey fucking Mouse.

Yyyyup. I've already come to accept that the 90th anniversary of Mickey will outshine the 30th anniversary of Oliver & Co. That's obvious, he's fucking Mickey.
Thanks. What's the movie/show/whatever that gives you that feel?

>
>Thanks. What's the movie/show/whatever that gives you that feel?
This one, in regards to disney at any rate. Grew up watching it. Damn near wore out the tape.
I always wanted a pet cat because of this film.

Came here to post this. FPBP

I can’t, taste is subjective, especially in music.

Holy shit, you might be me. Exactly the same situation. At least I know other people here feel the same.
Forgot, I actually wanted to mention how cool it was that Goofy Movie is finally getting mainstream respect. I'm seeing merchandise for it everywhere now.

WHY SHOULD I WORRY!?

It's set in New York.

youtu.be/zc3MnoSS5Hw

Anastasia is a Bluth not a Disney. That said that film is one heck of a musical bar none.

O&C ain't The Aristocats so no.

Don't you have some kid to drown Phil? Plus who the fuck watches Tarzan for the songs?

No to what?
Are you implying Aristocats is more neglected?
There's Marie shit everywhere.

Man, I really gotta rewatch it one of these days. All I remember is OP's song and the diva's song (rawr).
>

Finally, someone else who feels the same. A Goofy Movie has been shunned so long, I'm glad it's finally getting a lot of recognition and merch like said.

Samefagging but I forgot to post relevant music
youtube.com/watch?v=QsLsxgCUi6E

>tfw you can go to any Disney store and pick up a plush Marie kitty but you'll never get to buy an Oliver tabby doll
Probably due to Billy Joel and the song rights. He tries to jew the House of Mouse and he can't now buy Oliver&Co merch for his grandkids as a result. It's like pottery.

both in my top 10 but

youtube.com/watch?v=O9MvdMqKvpU

is my absolute favorite

This can't be the reason, right? I thought it was just because the movie isn't that popular. I remember seeing O&C merchandise at my Disney Store like 5-10 years back or so. I regret not getting anything.
But dammit, if anyone can still go in there and get Bolt stuff, I should be able to get an Oliver doll.

Not even the best song in the movie.

...

user... she's feral.

When you consider just who wrote and performed it, that should not be particularly surprising.

I don't think that's gonna stop him, user.

I feel bad for fapping several times to that comic where all the dogs rape and abuse the girl for several hours on her birthday

hell it might have the urge stronger

Not even the best song in the movie
youtube.com/watch?v=99RQntQXIwI

And as for best disney song, it's probably one of these for me
youtube.com/watch?v=g00kEcGh4j8
youtube.com/watch?v=99Op1TaXmCw

You're joking... right? Is this gonna be on the same level of that Astrid shit I learned about the other day?

I'm going to regret asking about that you mean.

Join the club. Basically, some rich fuck commissioned a shit ton of Astrid porn... where she gets raped by pigs.

I'm honestly pulling that reason out of my ass but I wouldn't be surprised if that was one of the reasons. I mean Oliver& Co wasn't that much of a bomb. And yet they bury it pretty deep.

sounds enticing.

>He tries to jew the House of Mouse
Can one truly jew the ultimate house of jewry?

I also love those Astrid comics but that's on another level than what I was referring to. There's no intergenerational pregnant rape since they're dogs and a cat and she's human.
On a side note I wish those Astrid comics had more pig sex. I've always wanted to get fucked by a pig. Whenever you see pig sex in comics they always bring attention to the drill like nature of the penis but they always neglect their other fascinating feature. Sometimes I wonder that if I were a woman that I'd be a total slut.

>they always neglect their other fascinating feature
What would that be user?

I...

okay, user.
okay.

God dammit I made a disney song thread like 10 mins ago....

A-user?.... You ok buddy?

As the male pig finshes ejaculating he releases a much thicker load that's serves as a kind of plug to hold all his semen in. It's amazing to see a woman push out the "plug", releasing all the semen at once. I'd find you a video of it but sadly I just started work and won't be home for several hours.

user...?

muh nugga

It was actually a pretty big success. It grossed enough to convince Disney to release a film a year. It was more or less the fact that everything that came after it was an instant classic that forced O&C into obscurity.

Not to mention, they didn't release it on VHS until '96, which was a dumb move considering that it was very grounded in the late 80s, and would've been a bigger success had they released it on video then. Little Mermaid proves this, they released that on video right after release and made huge-ass profits.

user. You gotta stop user.

Probably one of the most overrated alongside "Let It Go".

A mediocre montage people with a large following because memes.

MY FUCKING SIDES.

Why would someone commission this?

>I've always wanted to get fucked by a pig. Whenever you see pig sex in comics they always bring attention to the drill like nature of the penis but they always neglect their other fascinating feature. Sometimes I wonder that if I were a woman that I'd be a total slut.

Thanks for making my night, user.

that's scat, isn't it.

It actually isn't, but it wouldn't be out of place in this comic. I really wish I hadn't seen this.

That shot always bothered me because it suggests she takes off the top part of her fucking fur as if it's clothing.

I must be the only one whose favorite song from this movie is the opening one. So chill but emotional.

youtube.com/watch?v=0I2gTjRzxaw
underrated

Hellfire is objectively the best song Disney's made.

m.youtube.com/watch?v=U3NoDEu7kpg

I actually have come to prefer this,
youtube.com/watch?v=8gPLXUPv7Sg
Even if it wasn't in the movie it was written by Menken so it basically counts

Dunno whats with the focus fuckery in the video tho

Hunchback is the best period

Man, I'd buy the fuck out of an Oliver doll. I stopped going into Disney stores because they only sell toddler shit besides the stuffed dolls and Star Wars crap.

No kidding. I know there's the whole "you've just grown up" argument, but The Disney Store really isn't all that special to me anymore. I used to love going there because they had cool, exclusive Disney shit you couldn't get anywhere else.
But now it's only the same Star Wars and Marvel figures you can get at Wal-Mart, and a bunch of Frozen stuff. The only redeeming thing is their plush selection, and even that never changes anymore. I want stuff like pic related, where the fuck is my store's Fox and the Hound stuff?

Feels good yeah. I'm not 100% sure why but despite owning a ton of Disney VHSes growing up that was the only one I'd put on like at least once a month. I think Oliver might have actually been my second most watched one now that I think about it.

I was the same way, I think lots of kids were.
I had every Disney VHS tape imaginable, but only ever watched Oliver, Toy Story, and Lion King. Like I remember looking at the Sleeping Beauty VHS several times as a kid and I'm not sure if I've ever actually seen that movie at all.

It's my second favorite for those same reasons but my favorite is youtube.com/watch?v=gk0dUuc5z64

Hold the phone

youtu.be/44LambNZgd4

that's the worst OP thread I've seen in quite some time

this movie is complete garbage and shits all over dicken's best story

I GOT
MYSELF
A NOTION

Funniest thing I've read tonight. Thanks.

I don't like Good Company as much as a song as I do a movie sequence. That scene was very comfy, especially in the midst of an otherwise pretty gritty movie.

>Not to mention, they didn't release it on VHS until '96
I wonder how I watched it then, because I had a tape from 1991 or 92 at the very least. Mindy you I live in SEA, so it like everything else was bootlegged.

Probably bootleg then. You see, before Little Mermaid, Disney liked to hold off on home release in order to rerelease movies into theaters every few years. Oliver I think was the last movie to do so, and it was put in theaters in 96 before landing on video. Kinda shitty business practice in an era where home video was getting really hot.

>shits all over dicken's best story
Get the fuck out, Oliver Twist is shit compared to other Dickens works like David Copperfield and Great Expectations. I say that as someone who grew up on Oliver Twist as well.

All these responses and no one has posted the actual best song from the movie.

youtube.com/watch?v=D6YTXjOwSL8

Also, fpbp

>All these throwbacks
>Not getting with the times
I see what's happening here
You've never heard greatest before and it's strange
You think that you know a good song; that's adorable!
Well, I think it's time taste has had a change
youtube.com/watch?v=79DijItQXMM

I agree with this. This whole scene is fantastic.

Are you the faggot that keeps commissioning that shit. Holy fuck user

Fuck one these days Imma get a tablet and draws find of non pig rape Astrid fuck you for ruining best girl

You know, I forgot Oliver and Company was even a Disney movie.

>posting Dwane "The Long" Johnson's song
>instead of best song from the movie
