Spectacular Spider-man was cancelled because Disney wanted their own show wasn't it? They've no reason to bring it back especially with a Spider-man show already running and doing so would just confuse things further with the actual demographic of kid whom are all too young to have ever seen the actual Spectacular Spider-man.

It's not completely impossible if Young Justice does well. It has one thing going for it: It's CG. As long as they kept the models, it would be cheaper to resurrect the show than making a new one from scratch.

The only way Symbionic Titan could possibly be in a worse legal situation is if it were Muppet Babies. It ain't ever coming back.

No, it was cancelled because Disney bought Marvel. Sony then gave the animation rights back. However, Marvel does not own the rights to the show itself. So, instead of buying the rights to the show, they decided to make their own show.

SBT was killed because of a fuckup in merchandising, they didn't get the toys out in time, the show wasn't making money, so they cancelled it.
A couple of years after it was cancelled, Hollywood accounting used the loss for tax reasons and now the property can't be revived without more legal costs.
