Ken is a tragic hero who was destined for nothing but suffering and to die in a fight he could never with without doing anything.
Guts is slowly becoming an actual hero, even if his status is shaky given his struggle is to choose the one he loves or retribution.
Jaune's entire character so far is the classical anti-hero anyway.

Weiss, I'd say. She consists of a very succinct palette and her design says a lot about her personality. Looking at Emerald, for example, you can't really tell that she's a baddie. Weiss, however, clearly portrays she's a member of the upper class (and acts like it).
