At this point I don't know if they can fail to 'do FF justice', considering how mediocre the adaptations we've gotten have been.

My concern is I don't think it could fit into the current world so great, and I don't know if most audiences would be wiling to take a chance on it.

I don't think most people even knows Fant4stic existed in the first place, and the original FF Fox movies are also long forgotten in the public conciousness with the rest of the 90's and 2000`s super hero movies that aren't based on Batman, X-Men or Spider-man, so in my opinion they are good to go if they get the rights.

I would love that, especially if they went with the classic thing of "our space suits respond to our power because they were exposed the same as us" thing
Also, I like the idea of Doom overtaking Sokovia. Maybe have Latverians as a ethnic majority within the country 'reclaiming' the place with Doom's help. Plus having all the Ultron and Hydra shit about would help explain Doom's gadgets

Alright but that costume was dope though.

The idea I had was that Reed discovers the "Unstable Particle" after they are exposed to the burst of energy,
Then learns that the Particle alters and changes depending on who it's exposed too. Hinting at the idea that each member give off their own form of "radiation" and the Unstable Particle changes to match them. Doom uses this to create his Base suit and is technically his own form of "Bleeding Edge".

With Sokovia being totaled after AoU, it would make sense that the government would be in shambles attempting to reconstruct what they could. Doom would simple take advantage of the situation and take over, blackmailing, gaining the trust of it's people, and using what he could find to create the Latverian empire.
I would want Doom to be played as an underdog with great ambition and vision, he knows he can achieve anything he wants, it's just the matter of time itself.

The one thing I would want to avoid is making Doom the main villain again, mostly because we've had three films(Four technically) showcasing him as such, rather than just a neutral party with conflicting views and plans with the F4.
I'm not saying he couldn't grow to become a major threat, I would just want a film that shows him actually helping the F4 for the greater good, but also being Doom, like after beating the main villain he steals something of value or etc.

After all these years, are people really still concerned about MCU actually becoming Marvel Comics? I think they don't need any more teams and franchises, personally.

Captain Marvel doesn't even have a trailer out yet. If Disney was really concerned about progressiveness, they would've made a female Superhero movie years ago.

There's the main 6 six avengers plus the two sidekicks and the two members from AOU

Then there's the Guardians of the Galaxy

Next is Thor's Revengers

and lastly there's Spiderman, Doctor Strange, Bucky, Black Panther, and Ant Man who aren't on any team yet.

So I think they can put in one more team. ( I mean there's the Defenders but the Movie part of the MCU acts like they don't exist)
