I'd like to see a redesigned urban Marvel universe taken straight from the movies and TV series. Kind of like Ultimate 2 but DC Windstorm seems to have beaten Marvel to the punch. Who else but Ellis could Marvel use, they tried torellace Ellis withBrian Wood on Moon Knight but that didn't work exactly. Suggestions?

He was the result of secret government experiments on blacks to reproduce the super soldier serum. Tests that ended up fucking up a more than few previous subjects and ultimately left him as super strong slow aging mentally handicapped veteran. The government did all they could to keep it secret.
Isaiah was a test subject and nevermeant to be known about by the public.
