i bought a large large LARGE buttload of comics for 300 bucks. and i'm now here to talk about the things i've learned 24 hours into having bought every bit of over 10 grand of comics.
coolest shit i've found 2 complete sets of alan moore era Excalibur 2 copies of first beta ray bill appearance most of a complete set of ostanders spectre
most uncool shit i've found i pretty much own every ultimate marvel comic made i now own the entire original valiant comics universe and the acclaim stuff except shadowman >god i hope i find the shadowman shit the nightmares of nineties comics are at my house
most infuriating thing about this incomplete mutant x series >i love me some adventures of the six. one f-ing issue short of the complete netwave floppies all of 2099 except spiderman 2099 all this stuff from the 90's and there's no ultraverse superhero books. i found three copies of the infamous doom crying over 911 issue.
Colton Flores
>infuriating >found three copies of the infamous doom crying over 911 issue.
You best be disappointed that you didn't find more.
Asher Morales
You live in a trailer, why are you spending $300 on anything but a storm shelter?
Thomas Harris
>i found three copies of the infamous doom crying over 911 issue. this is a positive
Leo James
>all of 2099 except spiderman 2099 Well Punisher 2099 is fun
Jayden Taylor
was it sorted ?
Lucas King
Wait, why are you buying so many comics again?
Asher Phillips
hell no it was not.
i live in a house an renovated craftsman house. it's inhumanly cheap for an area where the lowest rent is 600 bucks, no low income housing, and i only pay 275.
Wyatt Roberts
>Wait, why are you buying so many comics again? because i paid three hundred bucks for comics that are at a dollar hell at a quarter each is vatly more than i paid for it. there's a box of almost a thousand dollars worth of conan magazines for christ sakes.
tell me you wouldnt buy this and ill call you a lier.
Logan Richardson
>$300 blind buy of random comics that could've been anything
What if it was nothing but copies of the Doom 9/11 issue
Zachary Parker
>lier
What US State are you in, again?
inb4 MS AL
Ethan Powell
>several hundred copies of Doom 9/11 you could cut the panels out and create some wallpaper of Doom crying
Jose Watson
Cool stuff, nobody around here collects comics. Although Moore never wrote Excalibur.
And the early Valiant stuff is actually good and some of it is worth money now.
Sebastian Rodriguez
Ah, that makes sense. Somehow I misinterpreted your original post as habibg spent 10k tital on comics. Fyi the 9-11 Spidey issue still pulling nice coin. Don't be so disappointed.
Cameron Reyes
>Cool stuff, nobody around here collects comics. >Although Moore never wrote Excalibur. it's the alan davis era excalibur then. i always thought moore and davis did the crosstime caper era.
Adam Bailey
i knew the guy personally he wouldn't cheat me. my temper is pretty much legend around here where i live.
Jacob Clark
>alan moore era Excalibur Do you mean Captain Britain? Or Claremont or Davis Excalibur? Alan Moore never wrote Excalibur.
Carter Jones
Should have read the whole thread before posting, since you already corrected.
The Crosstime Caper was Claremont/Davis.
Wyatt Scott
>2 complete sets of Alan Moore era Excalibur >2 copies of first beta ray bill appearance >most of a complete set of ostanders spectre Keep those, get rid of the rest.
Brody Phillips
>i found three copies of the infamous doom crying over 911 issue.

>and now you know why i made the joke i was buried alive
Caleb Hernandez

Wyatt Allen
Lol, I'm not sure why everyone wanting pics it would take you fuckin ages... also dont listen to that guy giving his keep/shit opinions on every post... alot of the stuff hes crapping on is at least worth putting aside. get the certified grade-A garbage out first..
for ex, not all of the ultimate line is godawful and worthless, most of what came late was, but early Ultimate X-Men (up to around issue 50), Ultimates (not the 3rd one), and quite alot of ultimate spiderman were pretty decent, and the nostalgiafag bracket moves along every year, theres probably people out there who'd love to have a good run of USM because that was actually the one they read as a kid.
