He's not Batman. Prep time doesn't that much. He has a few decent inventions that could hold their own but if he built something specifically for the job they would probably have some critical design failure that would lead to them blowing up in his face. He's like 8 years old.

He'd fight them with a giant robot, lose badly, retreat with an ejection seat or teleporter or something, build a new robot to fight them but this tme just for the purpose of scanning them, then using the data to create an anti-chemical X agent.

I mean, all he has to do is make antidote X.

This, Dexter made a time traveling device; he wins any fight the writers let him. But because he is so OP the opposite of plot armor that is DeeDee would wreck his chances of doing something (ostensibly ignoble) like beating up little girls.

The Neurotomic Protocore was literally a Deus Ex Machina; by the time Dexter was an old man it gave everyone on earth instant alchemy, if it was used offensively anything or anyone in it's range could just be disassembled. There's also the robot that beat Badaxtra who was beyond harm to all of the superheroes on earth.
