TL;DR HILLARY CLINTON ISN'T GOING TO CONCEDE THE ELECTION TOMORROW, SHE INTENDS TO DISPUTE THE RESULTS
She will give the speech tomorrow morning, and she will take her campaign's rhetoric one step further by claiming that the polling software has been compromised by Russian hackers.
Note how nobody in the campaign or the press thought to impugn the elections' authenticity, even though blaming Ivan was the DNC's go-to strategy for the past couple of months. This is due to DNC-MSM collusion: if nobody brings it up without providing any proof and gets it dismissed out of hand, then when she brings it up tomorrow, it will count- because she'll have proof that the process has been compromised.
The thing is, she conspired with George Soros(who's connected to the manufacturers of the polling machines- look it up) to rig the states of Florida, Ohio and Pennsylvania. For some unknown reason, the process backfired and gave those states to Trump.
If you'll follow the trends of those states, you'll see that Hillary opened up an early lead in all three, but this evaporated after ~30% of the votes were counted. This fake early lead, which was supposed to be Trump's, was a manufactured conflict meant to throw off conspiracy theories, as well as to mobilize voters in the west coast(particularly Arizona). Michigan and Wisconsin were clean wins for Trump(likely due to NAFTA fallout).
Hillary's got the data proving that the three states were rigged, and she's going to blame the Russians for it. It's why she postponed her concession speech to tomorrow: they didn't actually write one.

We don't even have such capability. Hacking emails is possible, just a bit of social engineering and few 0days and you're all set. Hacking voting machines requires veeeery complex op with very advanced "air gap" bypass technologies. Even if we have those, we aren't using them on elections, its literally WMD of cyberweapons to be used only in most critical situation.
