Just weird bc it was Jurgens himself who turned Booster into Waverider (aka his other, less-successful OC hero) but whatever, I'm glad to have original Booster back, don't really care about the reasons.

His timesphere is right fucking there, the treadmill is nowhere in sight, and a hero with means of time travel would have no reason to steal your time machine in the first place.

It doesn't seem like it's the planet's explosion effecting him, unless Krypton gave off a shitload of chronal energy when it went for some reason. This probably would've happened however far away he was.
