Even in your given scenario it would still be wrong when a black and a white, race mix you get a mongrel half breed who is incapable of relating to either of their parents and they suffer from identity problems and end up with similar problems functioning in society as children brought up by single mothers. You can get away with it if the parents skin colours are only a few degrees different but polar opposites will always create a problem.

I would feel the same way I feel about places like the US vs Japan. Both are developed, both are sophisticated. But if you blend together America and Japan you pull out the lowest common denominator of each.
Remember when people used to travel and collect stamps in their passport book? Why destroy that novelty, by making every place the same? Don't the unique elements of both American and Japanese culture have equal right to exist?
Sure, people may mix together, but at their leisure. Don't make any sort of effort to artificially blend natural boundaries and smash together Hiroyuki and Ken-Sama or whatever. Only when America and Japan are culturally indistinguishable, on their own terms, will co-mingling blood become appropriate. The same goes for other ethnicities.
