Kentuckian here, it's pretty damn based but it might be hard to adjust to as a foreigner. We're one of the most distinctly redneck and trashy states in the country and we aren't exactly a capitol of industry but there's plenty of opportunity here.
One of the big selling points of Kentucky is just how free we are, we have some of the best gun laws in the country and if a civil war ever did actually happen Kentucky would be at the heart of it. If American freedom, guns, security, and the room to raise a white family in the beautiful countryside sounds like something you'd like then I welcome you to the land of bluegrass, Germanbro. But there are plenty of other places to check out depending on what you care the most about.

Arizona is alright, but they recently voted to increase the minimum wage, meaning cost of living which is about the only attractive thing about Arizona will rise in proportion to their stupidity. There's a ton of illegal beaners who popped out a million anchor babies so the state will probably turn blue in a couple decades barring drastic MAGA reforms. I'll be leaving soon and while it's better than where I'm from (CA lololol) it's not perfect. There's functionally nothing in this state, meaning a lot of the draw comes from tourism, liberal cuck colleges, illegal immigration due to border state status, and based retired old fucks who are unfortunately dying out soon. A lot of ex-CA come here due to the low cost of living then cuck shit up with their liberal policies.
I recommend Texas because they're viciously meme-worthily conservative and independent, and it actually has industries such as ranching and less cucked tech. By function of being a large state with industries, there's a lot more shit going on in Texas than Arizona, and the intense conservativism keeps the cost of living low. Every young person I've met from Texas, typically Austin, is a blue pilled literal faggot, but pretty much everyone ignores them and they all end up leaving and going to California or whatever dumb hipster blue state they admire anyways.

Oklahoma is a pretty comfy state to move to, especially if you're not big on large cities. The semi-rural areas area great and things are cheap as fuck compared to the rest of the US.
If you have any interest in agriculture, it's a pretty good choice. The colleges here have the some of the best Agricultural Sciences in the nation.
