It's no wonder the place barely gets mentioned in the media, how would they spin that? "Freedom protectors liberating the resource basin". Gaddafi did a lot of shit internationally, what with his funding of terrorists and all, but atleast Libya was stanle and infact had the highest HDI of any Arab state under him. I think he might have even been the highest in Africa as well, post 1994.
