Weed

Can we discuss weed?

Every state that voted to legalize has done so.

California being the grand daddy of them all.

Degeneracy will only increase from here on out. Its possible that by next election cycle the entire nation will have legalized weed.

>Can we discuss weed?
No

>California being the grand daddy of them all.
And we will give California (a worthless state) to Mexico very soon

>Its possible that by next election cycle the entire nation will have legalized weed.
Only if we allow the degenerates to win over us

just because it is legal doesn't mean you should do it. You just have to be proactive now and not be afraid to show disgust at people who enjoy this hobby.

DUDE

>Degeneracy will only increase from here on out.
It'll cut down on back alley nigger drug deals and murders and shit.

Alaska legalized weed, they're pretty based and non-degenerate

>And we will give California (a worthless state) to Mexico very soon
>6th largest economy in the world, and the the majority of US agriculture

Yeah man, that won't have an effect at all!

Legalization is a good thing.

Just invest in it early on and you can make millions off of lefty SJW fuckwits.

Just don't use it yourself.

The trick is separating weed from "weed culture"

Legalization might put us closer to that point, which means fewer stupid dudeweedlmao idiots to deal with.

why the fuck

WHY IN THE FUCK

do these free mason faggots rape and kill children and women?

why can't they just spark a blunt like us poor people, put some music on, microwave some din din, and just CHILL OUT?

WHY DO THEY HAVE TO BE KILLING PEOPLE AND SHIT?

FUCK EM ALL.

FUCK EM ALL

It is an anti social drug.

Turns off intellect, becomes a crutch for people so that in their natural state they are not outgoing.

It sucks.

AZ voted on recreational and it failed.

But it is only a matter of time, yes.

Pot lowers IQ. You don't have many to spare, Tyrone.

Every drug is an anti-social drug once you start abusing it. Context is important.

legal weed isn't degeneracy

the ultimate red pill against degeneracy is individual

a nanny state where the government tries to protect people from themselves is degeneracy

>It is an anti social drug
confirmed for never having smoked

individual will*

>Maine legalized weed
>Can't own a gun if you admit you use it
Wtf I hate weed now

Legalize it. Tax it. Laugh all the way to the bank.

Where are you getting your numbers?

I voted for medical a couple days ago. I was very conflicted because I know it will cause a culture shift in my state, but I really hate the way opiates have caused a high demand for heroin. I guess these issues come to public vote due to their controversial nature.

Massachusetts passed legalization for weed. Gonna feel good to grow your own plants. Going to get a greenhouse so I can grow hot peppers on one side while my brother grows weed on the other side.

>MFW this is going to be awesome business once it gets all set up.

This is going to be great.

this

Nothing trumps personal education and responsibility.

>Its possible that by next election cycle the entire nation will have legalized weed

hope so

>muh degeneracy

It's fucking pot. I'd love to smoke pot my back is fucked up and I don't want to take pain killers. I have an MA and a career. Stop acting like it's just niggers and anti social neck beards.

Complete lies, and unsourced bullshit.

Legalizing weed will only help the economy and avoiding criminal records will result in increased productivity

seems like a bad idea to grow weed and peppers in the same building

AZ voted no

government tricked the dumb white cucks so they can protect the illegals running the drugs in and secure their border jobs

If you look at the politics of each state, chances are there was a stipulation in the bill giving a monopoly to growers. This is why Ohio voted it down a couple years ago.

>This is why Ohio voted it down a couple years ago.

You are wrong OP. Kill yourself. I have no qualms with weed, although I can't smoke it since I've been out of the Army because it has the opposite effects on me compared to before I went in. Not sure why, but it used ti relax me, now it makes me super aware of everything around me and I view it all negatively unless I'm drunk.

You're gonna get crushed by the weed machine once everything settles. I've know people that grew weed it takes them 3 months to harvest a crop of 600 plants(the legal limit).

There's going to be people planting upwards to thousands of plants now. It will be a industry.

Spicy weed sounds like a good idea.

we're going to see a LOT less niggers causing crime

i will always blaze fuck off

Kek wills it

Calibro here.

We're a DUDE WEED LMAO state now. Arizona can't even smoke that Ganja.

>AZ BTFO'd

I'm gonna have Gary Johnson over for a party and we're going to figure out what this Leppo, A Leppo, Aleppo, Al Eppo, whatever it's called is.

>6th largest economy in the world
In what? what does California produce? weed? Kiwi?

Gimme me a break will you?

Lepracy? Leopard? Fuck Gary what is it?

>antisocial drug
literally smoked in circles of people.
nice try big pharma.

California is going to make $1 Billion dollars in tax a year and save $100 million from not locking up non-violent offenders.

The report shows that by the fifth full fiscal year after implementation, nearly $1 Billion will be generated annually, including:

$733 million from two new marijuana taxes (Excise tax and Cultivation tax)
$309 million from the state’s pre-existing sales tax, personal income and corporate tax
The state would ultimately forgo $90 million in sales tax due to Proposition 64’s provisions excluding medical marijuana from sales tax – for a net increase of $952 million annually.

The report also projects the state will save up to $100 million a year on criminal justice costs by alleviating pressure on local jails – where thousands of California are still incarcerated for non-violent marijuana-only crimes -- reducing the number of marijuana related arrests and reduced court costs.

>Weed has been regulated for 80 years
>America was less degenerate with legal weed than it is now

Why does this matter now?

>we're going to see a LOT less niggers causing crime

Those drug dealing niggers who sold pot won't suddenly start flipping burgers or washing cars. They'll move on to selling heroin, cocaine, or robbin crackas houses.

Its got Silicon Valley and Hollywood

California makes almost as much cash money as half of the other states combined. Only Texas comes even close.

Arizona rejected and I don't know if we've gotten results from maine yet.

Washington fag here. I smoke every now and then. I can go get exactly what I want from a nice little shop instead of having to deal with drug dealers. It's awesome.

My buddies and I go shooting every other month and we get a bunch of pre rolled joints. Super easy.

>Its got Silicon Valley and Hollywood

You just gave me more reason why California is worthless

I thought I asked you to give me an example of what does California produce that is WORTH

You're an idiot if you don't get how tech and movies can make a shit ton of money

Washington here. I dude weed on the weekends, if I have no obligations. Say what you want. I don't see the harm in it if you are otherwise productive.

No attachment to weed culture though. You have to be some kind of loser to have your entire identity revolve around getting retarded on purpose.

which in turn means they'll be locked up for harsher crimes doing longer time

it's perfect

Trump now has a Tobacco company executive in his cabinet.

Is this goodbye weed?

>Every state that voted to legalize has done so.
(((arizona)))

Does this mean weed will be expensive as shit?

So, what's a good source for high grade seeds?

>make a shit ton of money

It does. To the jews and it creates lots of problems like health problems

The biggest industry in California is the Health Care because everyone is a drug addict or a freak that needs to take 7 pills a day.

just grow your own shit or find a friend that does it

plus if weed is more expensive then it also plays into the hands of the anti weed crowd, potheads will be smoking less because they cant afford it

Yes, I heard in Washington it cost like 30% more due to taxes

However it improved as more competition drove down prices.

However you'll have more choice and what you but will be 100% what you were looking for.

Tobacco companies will jump on the weed train WHEN it becomes profitable.

Right now doing it legally you get taxed out the ass.

the hue gets it 100%. California is a massive junkie state
Nothing worth of value there.

Don't care, Trump can just shoot them then if they continue with their gangster ways

getting a lot of you's there but i agree. i was extroverted as fuck before i started smoking. it even made me more extroverted for like a year after i started, but now im super antisocial. i still do normie shit though just less

what part of the USA u from?

I don't much care for it but it's not my say to tell my fellow americans what not to smoke
I just hope that they'll do the same and not tell me what kinds of guns I can own

Only Trump knows

I think it is neither social nor antisocial. I smoke every day, sometimes with people, sometimes alone.

not Sup Forums related

reported.

Please weed talk is on Sup Forums

>we will give

what state do you live in?

stfu you know you were a loner autist before and after weed

I don't smoke weed but, from my lack of hard thinking, it seem that legalizing marijuana would be a very positive thing. It keeps drugs out of criminals hands and we could tax the fuck out of it like we do with booze and cigs. Also I have always thought it the same as gun laws. If someone wants it, they can go get one, no point in making an illegal middle man. My major worry is all of the "urban youths" who would be without income.

>I don't get how the technological center of the world has any value
>he says while posting on his computer/phone/tablet/ipod

the 2nd amendment shall not be infringed

I just wish the fourth amendment was respected too

It could be a wonderful solution. Mexico could afford to build a much better wall with that influx of cash, and they might be able to keep it together long enough to have something left over after which they could fix the economy with and rid themselves of the cartels. Less strained US-Mexico relations and we get rid of a festering wound.
Oh wait, it's Mexico. The cartels will just become 5x as powerful.

>4th
what do you mean?

I wonder if the 3rd amendment has had any use since it was written

>ceding land to another country
do you have any idea how retarded that is
california is only shit because of the retards living there

nevermind, Maine did in fact pass it by less than 1%

Based.

So this is what we're looking at mapwise.

>The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects,[a] against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

I believe the war on drugs violates this. Since police are allowed to stop, search, seize, arrest and jail you if they think you have drugs on you.

Congress went from "regulating interstate commerce" to a "Trillion dollar war on drugs"

I'm on the weed right now amigo

It's a drug we banned because we thought we would hurt niggers and spics by taking away their current favorite, but in the end, we only made them more powerful. Time to discard the rhetoric about it being for degenerates (non-whites and adherents to non-white culture) and claim cannabis as an elderly white man's weekend routine and pain relief.

We also retarded the development of cannabis consumption so badly that people are still unironically smoking the stuff. It's like prohibition when people drank low-quality shack crap with lead in it. Had we never made it illegal, the primary mode of consumption would now be via flavored extracts of varying strengths, with a legal limit on the amount of psychoactive compounds that may be present in the wax. Weed smell would be minimal, stashes wouldn't stink nearly as badly, and the average consumer would get much less high. Instead, people are lighting plants on fire like lowly indians and huffing the smoke. Tragic.

This. I'm basically neocon but I like to indulge occasionally in an adult and moderate fashion.
420weedlmao idiots ruin it for everyone else.

that is 25% of the American population.

A lot lies with Trump now, what will he do?

The media doesn't talk about it but a multi-billion dollar industry can either pass or fail by Trump's word alone.

>probable cause
it's pretty broad what falls under that
From what I've heard from the cops I know, randomly stopping people is a pain in the ass and a waste of time compared to whatever else they could be doing

Cannabis stocks are blacklisted in Norway. Planned put 20k into Aurora cannabis when it was 1/20 of what it is now.

>becomes a crutch for people

literally every drug ever

this
when a coon can no longer deal drugs, it'll get an actual job and behave like a true human bean :)

False, IQ increases people's Weed.

Hey man I support the police 100% in everything else. I support the military and the police. It's just really annoying that at any time they can say they "smell weed" and ruin some otherwise regular guys life over him having weed in his car. He can lose his job and get a criminal record for it.

That's the part that doesn't seem just for me, I get the reason for other laws like immigration and theft, murder and stuff like that.

depends on who he picks as Attorney General.

If it's anyone but Christie legal weed is relatively safe, Trump thinks it's a state by state issue despite not acknowledging the need to descehedule it federally for states to REALLY be able to do that. Otherwise all he can do is like Obama, turn a blind eye and not enforce the federal law.

If he appoints Chris Christie however, kiss legal weed goodbye, Chris Christie has a HARDON for going after legal weed states and it will take 1 lawsuit for any federal court to show constitutionally, the federal law trumps the state laws and therefore all state legalization legislation and even state constitution amendments and even medical marijuana laws are ruled unconstitutional.

Chris Christie could kill Legal and Medical Marijuana for 20+ years.

uh no poltard

thank you quadsman

AZ here, I'm glad. Weed legalization brings nothing but hipster and niggers. Niw that Cali is legal, cartels will traffic there more since it will have more lax laws.

neck yourself neocon

>yfw this thread is probably a shill thread
>because the powers that shill here want weed to stay illegal

fuck off

You want to hug it out fritz?

Uh, with legal weed cartel business will fall off, YOU'LL get more cartel business because they don't have to compete with the fact that anyone in CA can go down to a local store and buy whatever strain they want.

If Arizona, NM, and Texas legalize recreational weed you'll basically kill the cartels business.

I don't smoke, but I see legalization as a good thing. If legalized it can be taxed, it will free up a lot of court, jail time, and cut down on crime. Other than the act of smoking weed itself, I don't really see a downside.

I see weed as something no different than the alcohol prohibition of 1910.

It's funny how there is literally a one hundred years gap between the last legalised narcotic.

Just smoke some weed and get it out of your system. Stop being so tsunder to the Kush.

>making something legal that people do anyway will make everyone do it

Is everyone an alcoholic? Porn is legal, and probably the most degenerate thing we have going. Stop being a retard.

Filtered

you cuck. forgetting something?? AZ got fucked.

It's more evil than prohibition of 1910

>hating states' rights this much

Massachusettsfag here, weed goes full legal on Dec. 15, 2016. How fast did other states get stores up and running so I can buy this shit
