Go to Church and other non-degenerate places like parks. Even if there's no one at Church that's eligible (very likely) you can talk to mothers and grandmothers. Seriously, they'll be flattered and probably offer you free food constantly. Ask to see her kids when they mention them (it takes around 30 seconds) and try to spot which mothers/grandmothers have the best genes out of a crowd.
Effort begets achievement. You waited for a while, so the easy paths out, High school sweetheart, College love, might be closed for you, but there's still plenty of opportunity.

Go as young as you can, whatever that age is based on your own. Only younger women are eligible, 2-5 years younger is ideal. 2 inches shorter is ideal.
