Six Californias

Should California split into six different states?

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Six_Californias

California should be the containment-board for degeneracy, like a supersized concentration camp.

I don't see why North Cali and Jefferson can't be one state

Because Jefferson is minority free, there are too many niggers and mexicans in North California

It absolutely should be split up. 55 solid dem electoral vots become 30, all it does is free the republicans in the north and east to vote R.

Also it further concentrates the degenerates into those few coastal areas, which makes it easier for CalExit to happen, which would be the best thing to happen to the US short of durkas getting a nuke like i Sum of All Fears and btfoing manhattan, flipping NY red.

Forgot to add, building the wall around california means they cant move to WA/OR/CO/AZ/etc and colonize them for Progressiveness, and a few of those states can uncuck themselves with time.

that is like gerrymandering

Just so people know, this plan was originally devised to do two things: segregate poor people from the very rich areas of California and increase liberal representation in Congress. People keep looking at it from the perspective of the electoral college in presidential elections and missing the bigger picture that at least 4 of these new states would be near-locks to send 2 globalist shills each to the Senate.

Fuck no. The goddamn thing is a leper colony of whiny liberals. If they break away, each state will get 2 more senate seats. When you add their representatives plus a guaranteed 5 of the 6 states being libtarded, you get 8 more cucks in the Senate and 8 more electoral votes added to the 55 they already have.

RE senate issues, just make it 5 states, merge the silicon valley/west ca on the map, add 2-3 counties north out of north ca, and call it good. jerk the guys off who live there by telling them how it would be the best and highest gdp state, and how not crossing state lines would make the bullet train development way easier, etc.

Per the original map, the threat to the senate is real, but its not hard to gerrymander it back in our favor, and i see a california split as building momentum to a calexit, at least of SF/LA, saving the rest of the US from their degeneracy.

And don't forget the senate seats are also free electoral college votes

buffer state

A better course of action would be to just split Jefferson off and introduce split electoral votes for the the leftovers.

I looked into this today. Assuming they split the current 53 congressmen proportionally based on population, Trump actually come out ahead. Trump gains 11 electoral votes while Clinton loses 1.

Gerrymandered as fuck though.

>Jefferson
+32,816
3

>North
-304,006
7

>Silicon
-1,048,192
12

>Central
+39,712
8

>West
-1,195,113
18

>South
-217,486
17

The important thing to remember is that this doesn't account for the new states being more competitive, which would lead to different turn out and campaigning.

Yes. RIP OC

What about the 10 new senators though

From what I see, you'd get 9 democratic to 3 republican senators from it

>like
but seriously, california is too big

Fuck yes. Meme this shit.

If Cali breaks up the red parts of the state will have better representation, and they wouldn't be giving 55 electoral votes to a demshit every election.

West cali, south cali, and silicon valley should be one state. North cali, jefferson, and central should also be one state. the latter can stay

This.

Draper's thinking was to create three blue states, 2 swing states and a red state, but the borders are shitty and don't reflect the actual internal regions of the state very well. You could make a few states work or more states work but his plan falls apart for being designed as a path to near-term electoral gains instead of long-term sustainability as states.

California is really like sodom...

And here I was advocating for three. I don't care the outcome long as Silicon Valley and the LA area are no longer affiliated with me.

why not just nuke the whole thing

Just 2 Californias

The only split that makes sense is Jefferson vs the rest of CA.

The populations and ideologies are so separate they might as well be different states. Their biggest complaint is non-representation and urban center levels of taxation.

If we can keep Dems out who cares?

It really is.

This.

This right here is the correct answer. 6 Californias is ridiculous, but The State of Jefferson needs to happen and soon. There's millions of republican votes in California that mean absolutely nothing because they've buried by spics, jews, and blacks. Jefferson gives white Californians representation.

6 californias would lead to 8 new D senators and 2 new R senators. 2 californias leads to the existing 2 D senators plus 2 new R senators.

Man I really wish I could post so I could comment on this

Fuck Im still in the Blue side

Fuck that, what they should do is simply do this:

Give the person with the majority of the state two electoral votes and then split the rest proportionally.

Granted, this might lead to less candidates reaching the 270 mark, though...
