Didn't stop Americans from invading Iraq, supporting color revolution in Ukraine, recognizing Kosovo and backing Georgian attack on Ossetia in 2008. Then there was that "reload" with Obama, but US still intervened in Libya, supported mob riots in Kiev and armed Al Qaeda in Syria. It's all bullshit. Regardless who sits in the White House, there's a long-standing agenda being implemented on a much higher level.
